Sehr dringender nachschulbedarf. In Hamburg Altona geht es viel besser mit der ÖBB. Schlechte Ausschilderung zum Verladebahnhof. Very good clearance, modern station, staff at the loading can speak bad German and. are not up to date. Very urgent post-school needs. In Hamburg Altona is much better with the ÖBB. Bad signposting to the loading station.
R	Roger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit 25 Jahren benutzen wir regelmässig den Autoreisezug Feldkirch-Wien und zurück. Die frühere Anfahrt zum Westbahnhof Wien war etwas kompliziert, aber immerhin stand die ganze Infrastruktur eines Bahnhofes zur Verfügung. Der neue Terminal hingegen ist nur auf ökonomische Effizienz ausgelegt. Völlig vergessen wurden bei der Planung und Ausführung die grundlegendsten Bedürfnisse der Kunden. Nach 4 Stunden Fahrt wäre man froh, eine Toilette benutzen zu können und eine wenigstens kleine Mahlzeit zu sich zu nehmen. Aber selbst auf Bitten reagieren die anwesenden Beamten sehr unfreundlich und weigern sich, die Gittertüre zu den WCs vor 21 Uhr zu öffnen. Imbissstellen sind keine vorhanden und die zahlreich vorhandenen Restaurants in der Umgebung sind zwar leer, aber dank der katatstrophalen Parkplatzsituation nicht besuchbar. Diese Kundenunfreundlichkeit lässt sich nur schwer toppen, rechnet man die happigen Beförderungspreise und die in den unteren Preiskategorien äusserst unbequemen Schlafstellen dazu. Das Monopol wird hier gnadenlos ausgenützt! For 25 years we have been using the Feldkirch-Vienna motorail and back on a regular basis. The earlier approach to the Westbahnhof Vienna was a bit complicated, but at least the entire infrastructure of a train station was available. The new terminal, on the other hand, is only designed for economic efficiency. The most basic needs of the customers were completely forgotten during the planning and execution. After a 4 hour drive you would be happy to be able to use a toilet and have at least a small meal. But even when asked, the officers present react very unfriendly and refuse to open the gate to the toilets before 9 p.m. There are no snack bars and the numerous restaurants in the area are empty, but thanks to the catastrophic parking lot situation, they cannot be visited. This customer unfriendliness is hard to beat if you add the steep transport prices and the extremely uncomfortable beds in the lower price categories. The monopoly is mercilessly exploited here!
