Bei Frauen denken sie wohl, dass sich sowieso keine auskennt und somit Reparaturen gefordert werden, wo keine nötig sind, so wie das heute bei meiner Partnerin der Fall war. Bin selbst gelernter KFZ-Mechaniker und war auch in einer anderen Fachwerkstatt, zwecks Zweitmeinung. Dort gab es keinerlei Beanstandung (bei Willeit z.B als schwerer Mangel angeführt). Weiters ist anzumerken, dass keiner der Mitarbeiter trotz der aktuellen Covid-19 Situation einen Mundschutz getragen hat (trotz Kundenkontakt). Not to recommend this specialist workshop. In the case of women, they probably think that no one knows what to do and therefore repairs are required where none are necessary, as was the case with my partner today. I am a trained auto mechanic and was also in another workshop for the purpose of a second opinion. There was no complaint (at Willeit, for example, cited as a serious defect). It should also be noted that none of the employees wore a mouthguard despite the current Covid-19 situation (despite customer contact).
C	Christoph E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann leider nichts positives über das Autohaus schreiben. Wollte mir einen Gebrauchtwagen ansehen und eine Probefahrt machen. Hab extra noch vorher angerufen ob sie das Auto noch haben. Der Herr am Telefon sagte zu mir ja. Hab gleich einen der Termin um 15 Uhr ausgemacht. War dann 10 min vor 15 Uhr beim Autohaus. Der Herr sagte zu mir das der Wagen vor 15 min verkauft würde. Nur das was mich am meisten stört bin extra 2h5min hingefahren und 2h5min wieder nachhause. Und einem halben Tank leerer. Würde jedem empfehlen der länger zu dem Autohaus fährt und egal ob ihr vorher anruft nicht hinzufahren weil der weg sonst umsonst war. Unfortunately I can't write anything positive about the dealership. I wanted to see a used car and take a test drive. I called in advance to see if they still have the car. The gentleman on the phone said yes to me. I made one of the appointments at 3 p.m. Was then 10 minutes before 3 p.m. at the dealership. The gentleman told me that the car was sold 15 minutes ago. The only thing that bothers me most is I went there for an extra 2h5min and 2h5min back home. And half a tank empty. Would recommend anyone who drives longer to the dealership and whether you call beforehand not to go because the way was otherwise in vain.

Schade. Aber das Autohaus Willeit mit ihren Mitarbeitern ist top ??? Great workshop with great customer service who always try. But unfortunately the Volkswagen is no longer the German quality product it once was. Too bad. But the Willeit car dealership with its employees is top ???
