Das Personal war freundlich, wertschätzend, entgegenkommend, aufmerksam, informativ und konnte perfekt auf meine Wünsche eingehen. Alle Fragen wurden vollständig und ehrlich beantwortet - unserer Ansicht nach wurde nichts schöngeredet oder verschwiegen. Auch die ursprüngliche Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte rasch. Meine Nachricht wurde am Abend außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten auf der Homepage - welche übrigens sehr benutzerfreundlich, ansprechend und professionell gestaltet wurde - verfasst und versendet. Schon am nächsten Tag um 09:50 Uhr erhielt ich eine Antwort und in ihr die Bestätigung des von mir angefragten Probefahrt-Termines! Die Probefahrt selbst mit einem Vorführwagen verlief ohne Probleme und war sehr angenehm. Es hätte sogar die Möglichkeit gegeben, aufgrund der vorhandenen Vignette auf der Autobahn zu fahren, was ich allerdings nicht in Anspruch nahm. Als wir zurückkamen, erwartete uns bereits ein Angebot, welches wie maßgeschneidert an meine Vorstellungen und Bedürfnisse angepasst war, was uns sehr beeindruckte. Ich kann jedem diesen Betrieb nur wärmstens ans Herz legen - egal ob Gebraucht- oder Neuwagen! Two days have passed since I bought my car from the Walter Malin car dealership, but my father and I are still thrilled. The staff was friendly, appreciative, accommodating, attentive, informative and was able to respond perfectly to my wishes. All questions were answered completely and honestly - in our opinion nothing was glossed over or withheld. The initial contact was also quick. My message was written and sent in the evening outside the opening hours on the homepage - which, by the way, was designed to be very user-friendly, appealing and professional. The very next day at 9:50 a.m. I received an answer and in it the confirmation of the test drive appointment I had requested! The test drive itself with a demonstration car went without any problems and was very pleasant. There would even have been the option of driving on the autobahn due to the existing vignette, which I didn't take advantage of, however. When we came back, an offer was already waiting for us, which was tailored to my ideas and needs, which impressed us very much. I can only warmly recommend this company to everyone - whether it's a used or new car!
