Der wohl unmotivierteste und unfreundlichste Mitarbeiter der Welt - Herr Zeindl - hatte nicht einmal eine Begrüßung über. Er ging an mir vorbei zum Auto und murmelte was dahin, er wusste aber das das Auto zu mir gehört. Dann kam er mit "das kostet erstmal 25€" auf mich zu. Ich hab dann bezahlt und auf nachfrage warum ich das zahlen muss hieß es nur: "Bearbeitungsgebühr, wir müssen bei einem Versicherungschaden auch schaun wie wir drauß kommen". Bin dann zu einem anderen Händler - dort war der Kostenvoranschlag kostenlos und ich hab es dort auch machen lassen. Wäre ich ein Mann hätten die das sicher nicht gemacht! Never again! I was there for a quote. Probably the most unmotivated and most unfriendly employee in the world - Mr. Zeindl - didn't even have a greeting. He walked past me to the car and mumbled something, but he knew that the car belongs to me. Then he came up to me with "this will cost 25 € for the time being". I then paid and when I asked why I have to pay, they just said: "Processing fee, we have to look at how we get out of it in the event of an insurance claim". Then I went to another dealer - the cost estimate was free there and I had it done there too. If I were a man they would certainly not have done that!

Ich kaufte einen wunderschönen Allrad -Gebrauchtwagen, der zwar beim Fahren fibrierte, aber die Zusicherung bekam, dass der Schaden behoben wird. Leider gelang dies der Werkstatt nicht. Obwohl das Auto schon bezahlt wurde, hat Hr. Patrick nichts beschönigt, ohne Ausreden den Kaufvertrag storniert. Dies hat mich sehr beeindruckt, sodass ich bei Auto Strasser blieb und gleich ein anderes Auto kaufte, mit dem ich überaus zufrieden bin.Zusätzlich bekam ich noch nagelneue Wi Reifen. Kein Wunder, dass mit solchen Mitarbeitern das Geschäft gut geht. This is how honest, friendly and courteous all car salesmen should be, and then business will work. I was served by Mr. Patrick. I bought a beautiful, all-wheel drive used car that, although it fibrated while driving, was assured that the damage would be repaired. Unfortunately, the workshop did not manage to do this. Although the car has already been paid for, Mr. Patrick didn't gloss over anything, canceled the sales contract without making excuses. I was very impressed by this, so I stayed with Auto Strasser and immediately bought another car that I am extremely satisfied with, as well as brand new Wi tires. No wonder business goes well with such employees.
