Es wurde eine 400€ Rechnung ausgestellt ohne die repararur durchzuführen ( nur zum feststellen dass die standheizung kaputt ist.) Zusätzlich (nach der "reparatur") leuchtet jetzt beim Auto noch die Akku Lampe. Die Werkstatt möchte sich nicht verantwortlich machen und empfehlt mir ohne zu schauen weitere teile zu tauschen. Vielleicht eine neue lichtmaschine einbauen. Fazit: Auto hingestellt, kaputtes auto abgeholt, Rechnung von 400€ bezahlt. Am schluss hat das Auto mehr Probleme wie vorher. Geschäftsführer lacht mich aus am Telefon und und ermittelt mir seine persönliche Email Adresse für eine reklamation die laut seine Worte sowieso nichts bringt. ECHT UNPROFESSIONELL. Von die Mechanikern die 8 Stunden brauchen zum feststellen das etwas kaputt ist bis an der geschäftsleitung die arrogant wirkt und keine Lösungen anbietet. Danke dafür dass Sie meinen Auto kaputt gemacht haben. ATTENTION RIP-OFF !!!!! My car parked with a broken parking heater. A 400 € invoice was issued without carrying out the repair (only to determine that the parking heater is broken.) In addition (after the "repair") the battery lamp is still on in the car. The workshop does not want to be held responsible and recommends that I swap other parts without looking. Maybe install a new alternator. Conclusion: car parked, broken car picked up, bill of € 400 paid. In the end, the car has more problems than before. The manager laughs at me on the phone and gives me his personal email address for a complaint that, according to his words, does not help anyway. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. From the mechanics who need 8 hours to find out that something is broken to the management that seems arrogant and doesn't offer any solutions. Thanks for breaking my car.
