Eine sehr schlechte menschliche Eigenschaft über eine Firma eine schlechte Bewertung abzugeben die nicht mal auf deren eigenen Firmenseite gepostet wird auf der ich antworten könnte. Sondern eine eigene Seite erstellen die nicht die offizielle ist. Zudem sollte man als ETH Student mehr Ahnung von Technik haben. Wir merken den Unterschied zwischen Ahnung haben und tiefstapeln und kein Ahnung haben sehr wohl. Kaum ein Kunde wie Du der so viel Änderungen benötigte und derart zeitraubend war. Einen Teil haben wir nicht mal verrechnet, vielleicht poste ich die Rechnung später noch. Dear FC, or rather Felix Wozniak from Germany and currently living in Buchs, ETH student. A very bad human trait to give a bad rating about a company that is not even posted on their own company page to which I could respond. But create your own page that is not the official one. In addition, as an ETH student, you should have a better understanding of technology. We notice the difference between having a clue and deep stacking and having no clue very well. There is hardly a customer like you who needed so many changes and was so time consuming. We have not even cleared part of it, maybe I'll post the bill later.

Flotter und zuverlässiger Service. Ein Unternehmen, das wirklich toll geführt wird. Transparente Rechnungslegung. Hier wird der Kunde großgeschrieben :) Tip top service. You hand in the car and are driven to the desired location and also picked up there when the car is ready. Brisk and reliable service. A company that is really well run. Transparent accounting. The customer is very important here :)

Ich durfte sogar mit in die Werkstatt und mir wurde der Schaden erklärt! Stets freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter, vom Empfang bis zur Werkstatt und natürlich der Chef. Wir sind schon langjährige Kunden und werden es auf jeden Fall bleiben! Ein Autohaus, wie man es sich wünscht!!! Great workshop, was honestly advised to repair our car and the costs were ultimately lower than expected. I was even allowed into the workshop and the damage was explained to me! Always friendly and competent employees, from the reception to the workshop and of course the boss. We have been customers for many years and will definitely remain so! A car dealership the way you want it !!!

Das Auto wird abgeholt und wieder retour gebracht, auch ein Leihwagen gestellt und das völlig unkompliziert und kurzfristig. Topp :-) Here I am VERY happy to give 5 and even more stars, just for the SUPER service and execution of the workshop. The car is picked up and brought back, and a rental car is provided, completely uncomplicated and at short notice. Top :-)
