★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz in der Zeitung angekündigter Auto-Neuvorstellung kümmerte sich kein Verkäufer 15 Minuten lang um uns als interessierte Käufer. Wir werden uns jetzt - obwohl langjährige VW-Kunden - auch bei anderen Autohäusern umsehen, aufgrund der mangelnden Kundenfreundlichkeit.
 Despite the new car announcement announced in the newspaper, no seller took care of us as interested buyers for 15 minutes. We will now - despite having been VW customers for many years - also look around at other car dealerships due to the lack of customer friendliness.

Trotz der großen Distanz von ca. 250 Kilometern bringe ich mein Auto immer wieder gerne zum Service etc. nach Waidhofen, da ich es sehr schätze, wie gut und zuverlässig dort gearbeitet wird. Großes Lob und weiter so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never bought a car from them, so cannot really say how it works. Can only say that the sales guys are friendly and customer oriented.
But if you ever have an issue with your VW group product, then this is the place to come. They still do this old fashion style analysis to locate the problem and fix it. Not just changing parts, but really using time to find what to fix. Bravo to the service department!
