Sie waren nicht nur super freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben auch das Büro an einem Sonntag eröffnet, damit ich mein neues Auto abholen könnte. Toller Service, transparente Kommunikation und persönliche Note sind die Highlights dieses Familienunternehmens - können sie nur weiterempfehlen! After searching for a car for some time, I came across the aforementioned car dealership. Not only were they super friendly and helpful, they also opened the office on a Sunday so I could pick up my new car. Was eure Firma betrifft, da seit ihr alle Überweltigend, Fabelhaft, Einmalig, Großartig und bei euch fehlen mir eigentlich die Worte!! Euch kann man nicht beschreiben.....man muss euch erleben!! Bei euch fühlt man sich, als wäre ich ein Mitglied eurer Familie!! Da kann sich viele Autohäuser eine Scheibe abschneiden!! Friedrichs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit dem Fiat-Ducato Wohnmobil von Deutschland aus auf dem Wege nach Istrien als der Ducato aus unerfindlichen Gründen heraus in den Notbetrieb ging. Über die Firma Hymer - Sulzbacher in Eferding kam ich zu dieser Werkstatt. Nach der Begrüßung am Empfang übernahm eine hübsche, junge und souveräne Frau, wahrscheinlich die Inhaberin, die Abwicklung. Ein Helfer deckte professionell den Fahrersitz ab und fuhr das Fahrzeug (7 Meter HYMER) gekonnt in die Werkstatt. Der Werkstattmeister war gut geschult und ebenso souverän. Er las mit einem Laptop den Fehlerspeicher aus, wobei dies das KEIN einfaches Unterfangen ist. Das Problem war in Kürze gelöst. Zwischenzeitlich wurde mir von einer MItarbeiterin ein Getränk angeboten. Ich habe schon viele Werkstätten besucht.... Ich bin mit einem Wort ausgedrückt; begeistert Danke und Grüße an das ganze Team I was on the way to Istria with the Fiat-Ducato motorhome from Germany when the Ducato went into emergency operation for some inexplicable reason. I came to this workshop through the company Hymer - Sulzbacher in Eferding. After the greeting at the reception, a pretty, young and confident woman, probably the owner, took over the handling. A helper professionally covered the driver's seat and skilfully drove the vehicle (7 meters HYMER) into the workshop. The workshop foreman was well trained and just as confident. He read the error memory with a laptop, which is NOT an easy undertaking. The problem was solved shortly. In the meantime, a worker offered me a drink. I have already visited many workshops .... I am expressed in one word; enthusiastic Thanks and regards to the whole team
