Faire Ankaufspreise, offene Transparente Kommunikation der Preise des Neuwagens etc.. Jederzeit erreichbar, oder man wird sofort zurückgerufen. Auch ohne Termin und kurz vorm Tagesende noch sehr bemüht und man hat das Gefühl wirklich geschätzt zu werden. Verfügbare Fahrzeuge werden sehr sehr sehr schnell ausgeliefert, was wirklich super ist, und mann wird jederzeit bei Statusänderung informiert. Tolle Fahrzeugübergabe und Erklärung. Das gesamte Personal immer sehr freundlich und bemüht, versuchen immer alles so schnell wie möglich zu machen. Nehmen keine unnötigen Reparaturen vor und bemühen sich alles immer so Kostengünstig zu machen, wie es nur geht. Wenn bei Reparatur oder Pickerl etwas auffällt, rufen sie vorher an um bzgl. der Kosten zu informieren. Auch wenn man mal nicht so flüssig ist, bemühen sie sich immer um eine günstige Alternative. Sehr kompetente Techniker, haben bereits eines meiner Autos gerettet, damit ich überhaupt noch ein bisschen fahren konnte, obwohl jede andere Werkstatt gemeint hat, dass es sinnlos ist. Nicht nur, dass die Reparaturen immer einwandfrei sind, ich bekomme auch mein Auto immer sauberer zurück, als ich es hin gebracht habe! VIELEN DANK dafür!!! Super Service, kann ich nur jedem weiterempfehlen! Auf das Autohaus Reiser kann man sich immer verlassen! Daumen hoch, weiter so, DANKE! :) There is no better workshop! No matter what problem I had with my cars, I was always helped here! The entire staff was always very friendly and tried hard, always trying to do everything as quickly as possible. Do not make unnecessary repairs and always try to make everything as inexpensive as possible. If something is noticed during repairs or a sticker, call beforehand to inform about the costs. Even if you are not that fluent, they always try to find a cheap alternative. Very competent technicians, have already rescued one of my cars so that I could still drive a bit, although every other workshop said that it was pointless. Not only are the repairs always flawless, I always get my car back cleaner than I brought it there! Thanks a lot for this!!! Great service, I can only recommend it to everyone! Mir wurde mit meinem Schaden sofort geholfen und von Seiten des Autohauses alles erledigt. Leider hat mich meine Versicherung im Stich gelassen wofür das Autohaus Reiser ja nichts kann. Ich werd definitiv wieder zum Reiser gehen und kann dieses uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Highly recommended car dealership. Employees are super friendly and committed. I was helped immediately with my damage and everything was taken care of by the dealership. Unfortunately, my insurance has let me down, which the Reiser car dealership is not responsible for. I will definitely go back to the Reiser and can recommend this one without reservation.

Hab auf Auto gewartet, obwohl mir ein Leihwagen angeboten wurde...dazu gab's einen guten Café... Immer wieder!!! Was once again at the service ... promptly got an appointment ... faster and very friendly handling ... I waited for the car, although I was offered a rental car ... there was also a good café ... Again and again !! !

Hagelschaden: bereits einen Tag nach dem Hagelschaden wurden mir beide Scheiben ausgetauscht. Die Versicherung wollte einen Totalschaden auszahlen, aber Herr. A. hat es geschafft, dass mit einer Zeitwert-Reparatur das Auto wieder einwandfrei in Ordnung ist. I had 2 problems: 1. Water entry in the Tiguan. Mr. E. managed to solve the difficult problem almost like a detective. 2. Hail damage: just one day after the hail damage, both windows were exchanged. The insurance company wanted to pay out a total loss, but Mr. A. managed to get the car back to normal with a current value repair.
