Ich hatte heute eine Reparatur an den hinteren Bremsen und der Chef Herr Wolfgang Pichler hat mir für diese Leistung nichts verrechnet.
Ich möchte mich dafür nochmals herzlichst bedanken, ist ja nicht selbstverständlich.
Kann diese Werkstatt nur weiterempfehlen, haben Fachwissen und sind sehr kompetent.
Despite the evaluation at the time, we are still loyal customers of Pichler.
I had a repair on the rear brakes today and the boss, Mr. Wolfgang Pichler, didn't charge me anything for this service.
I would like to thank you once again for this, it is not a matter of course.
I can only recommend this workshop, have specialist knowledge and are very competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das eigentliche Service wurde gut erledigt. Die Begrüßung "Was brauchst du?", ist für ein Autohaus das u.a. hochpreisige Automodelle wie Ferrari zum Verkauf anbietet, äußert Respektlos und unprofessionell. Deswegen 2 Sterne.
Auch die zwei anderen Angestellten dutzten mich.
The actual service was done well. The greeting "What do you need?", For a car dealership that offers high-priced car models such as Ferrari for sale, among other things, expresses disrespect and unprofessional. Therefore 2 stars.
The other two employees also called me on first-name terms.
