Das Auto würde am selben Tag, an dem ich im Autohaus anrief, noch am selben Tag abgeschleppt. Danke. Ich fühle michsehr gut aufgehoben und betreut. Mir wurde viel Verständnis entgegengebracht. Danke
My Suzuki Ign is, which I bought 2 years ago for 2900 euros, still had no defects with the 2nd pickerl. Unfortunately, I had an accident through no fault of my own. The car would be towed the same day I called the dealership. Thank you. I feel very well cared for and looked after. I was given a lot of understanding. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wird dort immer sehr höflich und nett nach dem jeweiligen Anliegen gefragt. Außerdem gibt's immer einen guten Kaffee auf's Haus und es herrscht offensichtlich ein sehr positives Betriebsklima
You are always asked very politely and nicely about the respective issue. There is also always a good coffee on the house and there is obviously a very positive working atmosphere

Actually I just wanted to have the inside of my car cleaned. Interesting what that requires in terms of bureaucracy. :-) Cleaning up to the overlooked center console o.k.
