Bei vorheriger telefonischer Anfrage hiess es, dass die Kosten sich im «normalen» Bereich befinden. Man konnte mir jedoch keinen genauen Preis nennen. Nicht einmal den Grundpreis. Als man mir bei Übergabe dann einen Preis um die 300 Euro nannte, war ich erstaunt. Da ich Ihre Adresse von unserem Hotel in Aschau hatte, überliess ich Ihnen dennoch mein Auto, und verglich im Hotel die Preise anderer Anbieter. Diese belaufen sich auf 150 Euro. Alles inklusiv. Öl, Filter, Service, usw.. Demfall befinden sich die 300 Euro sicherlich nicht in einem «normalen Rahmen». Als ich dann nach kurzer Zeit diesen Service zu diesem Preis telefonisch stornieren wollte, war das Auto plötzlich schon nach 2 Stunden fertig, was sonst hätte erst am Nachmittag durchgeführt werden sollte. Ich finde diese Methode sehr bedenklich und die Preise unverschämt übertrieben, die schon an Wucherei grenzen. Sie können nachvollziehen, dass ich sicherlich nicht zufrieden mit Ihrer Leistung, dem Vorgehen und der Preisgestaltung bin. Bis heute noch keinerlei Reaktion der Geschäftsführung. You can understand that I am certainly not satisfied with your performance, the procedure and the pricing. To this day, no reaction from the management.

Da die Maße von österreichischen und deutschen Kennzeichen leicht abweichen, konnte ich dort leider keine Ersatz-Halterung bekommen. Man hat sich aber sehr bemüht und am Ende ein kostenloses Provisorium montiert. Fand ich super, da es nicht hieß: 'haben wir nicht' oder 'können wir nicht'. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür. Had a problem with my rear license plate bracket. Since the dimensions of the Austrian and German license plates differ slightly, I was unfortunately unable to get a replacement bracket there. But they tried very hard and at the end installed a free temporary solution. I thought it was great because it didn't say: 'we don't have' or 'we can't'. Thanks again for that.
