★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde vorab telefonisch erklärt, dass das Fahrzeug ein paar optische Mängel habe aber in einem guten Zustand sei. Ich hatte extra noch nachgefragt, ob das Fahrzeug einen Unfallschaden hatte, da angeblich die vordere Stoßstange mangelhaft lackiert wurde. Mir wurde versichert dass das nicht der Fall sei, und der Grund für den zugegebenermaßen eher niedrigen Preis, Dinge wie allgemein schlechter Lack und oxidierte PDC-Sensoren, sowie Anderweitiges von nicht allzu großer Relevanz wären. Beim Händler angekommen wurde mir sofort der Schlüssel ausgehändigt. Ich solle mir den Wagen erstmal ansehen und eine Probefahrt machen (Probefahrtskennzeichen habe ich für eine eventuelle Überstellung gleich mitgebracht). Während ich zum Auto ging plauderte der Verkäufer lieber mit Bekannten anstatt mir das Fahrzeug zu zeigen oder "vorzustellen". Das Auto ist auf jedenfall nicht nur optisch eine Katastrophe sondern hatte auch noch einen eindeutigen, schlecht instandgesetzen Frontschaden mit hoher Aufprallgeschwindigkeit. Auch andere Komponenten am Fahrzeug waren einfach nur "zusammengepfuscht" und wirklich alles andere als fachgerecht instandgesetzt. Das Auto war zwar als Bastler-Fahrzeug betitelt, jedoch wurde mir am Telefon alles ganz anders beschrieben. Das eher herablassende, desinteressierte Verhalten des Verkäufers vor Ort empfand ich ebenfalls nicht gerade als hilfreich. Die 300Km hätte ich mir jedenfalls sparen können.
 I was told in advance by phone that the vehicle has a few optical defects but in good condition. I had additionally asked if the vehicle had an accident, because allegedly the front bumper was painted poorly. I was assured that this was not the case, and the reason for the admittedly rather low price, things like general bad paint and oxidized PDC sensors, as well as other would not be of much relevance. Arrived at the dealer I was immediately handed the key. I should first look at the car and make a test drive (I have brought the test license plate for an eventual transfer with the same). While I was going to the car, the salesman chatted with acquaintances rather than showing me or "imagining" the vehicle. In any case, the car is not only visually a disaster but also had a clear, badly repaired frontal damage with high impact speed. Other components on the vehicle were simply "mashed up" and really anything but professionally repaired. The car was titled as a hobbyist vehicle, but I was described on the phone everything very different. The rather condescending, disinterested behavior of the seller on site, I also found not exactly helpful. The 300Km I could have saved me anyway.

3 Monate und rd. 4000 km nach Kauf eines 3 jährigen Gebrauchtwagens waren die hinteren Bremsbeläge verschlissen. Beim Ausbau kam noch zum Vorschein, dass auch beide Bremsscheiben sehr stark eingelaufen waren. Am Kulanzwege habe ich sämtliche Teile (Bremsscheiben, Bremsbacken und Warnkontakt) gratis erhalten. Die Teile wurden mir auch noch gratis zugesendet.

Very nice and courteous on the goodwill way
3 months and around 4000 km after buying a 3 year old used car, the rear brake pads were worn out. When removing it, it became apparent that both brake discs had worn in very badly. On the goodwill way, I received all parts (brake discs, brake shoes and warning contact) free of charge. The parts were also sent to me free of charge.
