B	Burnhard Bananarider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann mich den anderen nur anschließen, gestern meinen gebrauchten Isuzu Dmax abgeholt, von der Probefahrt bis hin zur Abholung war einfach alles Perfekt. Als ich gestern zum Abholen kam, stand der Wagen blitzeblank geputzt und aufbereitet im Verkaufsraum (ein Auto-aufbereiter könnte das nicht besser), selbst der Motorraum war blitzeblank und die Ledersitze frisch eingelassen. Der Chef persönlich nahm sich Zeit mir alles am Wagen genau zu erklären. So wird Auto kaufen sogar zum Erlebnis und ich hatte selten im Leben so eine große Freude wie an diesem Tag, die Heimfahrt war unbeschreiblich. Auch wenn ich immer eine 40 minütige Anreise auf mich nehmen muss hat mich die Firma Kronlachner auch als Servicekunden gewonnen, hier ist man einfach gut aufgehoben, leider werden solche Autohäuser/Werkstätten immer weniger, so etwas hab ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Can I just join the others, yesterday picked up my used Isuzu Dmax, from the test drive to the pickup was just perfect. When I arrived yesterday to pick up, the car was spotless cleaned and prepared in the sales room (a car dresser could not do that better), even the engine compartment was sparkling and the leather seats freshly recessed. The boss personally took the time to explain everything exactly to me on the car. So buying a car is even an experience and I seldom had such a great joy in life as on this day, the drive home was indescribable. Even if I always have to take a 40 minute journey to me, the company Kronlachner has won me as a service customer, here you are just in good hands, unfortunately, such car dealerships / workshops are less and less, something I have not experienced for a long time.

Auch Autohaus selber wurde super gestattet, man füllte sich drinnen sehr wohl, Ambiente, Holzdecken geben lebendigeren Wohl befüll. Ich würde 5 Plus Sterne übergeben für die tolle Kundenbetreuung, Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit, Verlässlichkeit, kompetent und designt Geschmack. Danke für alles, ich und mein Freund, wir werden die Firma weiterempfehlen und wir kommen sicher nochmals wieder! I've been looking for a used Opel Insignia for a long time, but unfortunately I couldn't find a suitable one for me, until one day I suddenly saw my dream car at Autohaus Kronlachner, it was designed so well by Mr. Kronlachner, inside / outside / color, everything matched Perfect. Even the car dealership itself was super allowed, you filled up inside very well, ambience, wooden ceilings give more lively well-filling. I would give 5 plus stars for the great customer service, warmth, friendliness, reliability, competent and designed taste. Thanks for everything, me and my friend, we will recommend the company and we will come back again for sure!

Reifen wurde fachgerecht repariert (und nochmal, das am Sonntag)! Danke! Top company. Had a nail in the car trailer tire yesterday on Sunday. But the journey should go more than 300km home on the same day. Tire was professionally repaired (and again, that on Sunday)! Thank you!

Diese Art der Kundenbetreuung und Herzlichkeit gibt es nicht in einer Großstadt. Bei Firma Kronlachner ist der Mensch an erster Stelle und man wird nicht über den Tisch gezogen! After 2 days and i dont have any answer then i send another email if somebody got my email. I got only info then my pirce was not accepted. I must have send anoter email with questiin what is best price. I always negotiete price of the car. ALWAYS. Got email only with price on the website. I write again to make me some leasing offert. Again no answer after 2 days. I understend the is lockdown and mabey they can not possible to make a offert but they can just write someting. I am Opel client from many years, and ask many dealer about offert to chose the best one but here contact was the worst.
