ā ā ā ā ā Held us to ransome, wanted 744ā¬ in cash for a few hours work. We accidentally put the wrong fuel in. We were quoted 180ā¬-300ā¬. We were stuck in Austria with our 2 children at 12pm. They said they couldn't do anything until the Sunday, we had to find a last min hotel, and leave the car with them. It took them a few hours sun and they hiked the price up because of a Sunday We had to wait 3hours outside the garage trying to sort out how to pay because they wouldn't take card or bank transfer.. We had the cash they originally quoted but couldn't withdraw any more .
Total disgraceful company Avoid at all costs.

ā ā ā ā ā DONT USE THIS SERVICEI was very disappointed and very much felt that i was ripped off! I was charged 195 EURO for a simple charging of batteries (NOTHING MORE!!!!) More so, i was aksed to pay in cash without even receiving an invoice which makes me question the service even more. When asking for anything I was confronted in a very unfriendly manner (i.e. what i as a german would do during this time in austria, that the car that i have is not even mine but a leasing car).
ACHTUNG - SEHR SCHLECHTER SERVICE,unglaublich teuer (195 Euro fĆ¼r Batterieaufladen), unverschƤmt und absolut unfreundlich!!!
