(trotz Urlaubszeit und kranker Mitarbeiter) und kompetent das Auto repariert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man könnte Behaupten die Beratung in diesem Autohaus ist selbstlos. Ich hatte ein Problem bei meinem Auto und man hat mir gesagt, das das nicht so schlimm sei. Man hätte mir locker neue Teile verkaufen und Arbeitsstunden verrechen können, jedoch hat man wirklich darauf geschaut was für mich in meiner Situation das Beste ist.
Ich werde in Zukunft immer wieder gerne zu euch kommen weil ich weiß, dass hier einfach ehrliche Menschen arbeiten! Danke
Ich bin auch sonst schon länger Kunde hier und kann sagen das alles immer Tip Top gemacht wird. Das Personal ist freundlich und gut organisiert. Ich kann diese Autohaus wirklich wärmstens empfehlen!
One could argue the advice at this dealership is selfless. I had a problem with my car and I was told it wasn't that bad. They could easily have sold me new parts and charged working hours, but they really looked at what was best for me in my situation.
I will always be happy to come to you in the future because I know that honest people work here! thanks
I've been a customer here for a long time and can say that everything is always done tip top. The staff is friendly and well organized. I really can highly recommend this dealership!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf Urlaubsfahrt ging bei meinem Auto die Motokontrolllampe an. Da wir ein paar Tage Urlaub in Kössen gemacht haben bin ich dort zum VW Händler gefahren um den Fehlerspeicher auslesen zu lassen.
Nach Schildern meines Anliegen sprang der Mitarbeiter sofort auf nahm seinen Laptop hat den Fehlerspeicher ausgelesen und gelöscht.
Könnte Problemlos nach Hause fahren und falls der Fehler wieder auftritt dort reparieren lassen.
Bezahlen brauchte ich für den Super Service nichts.

The engine control lamp came on in my car when I was on vacation. Since we were on vacation in Kössen for a few days, I drove to the VW dealer to have the error memory read out.
After describing my concern, the employee immediately jumped up, took his laptop, read out and erased the error memory.
Could drive home without any problems and have it repaired there if the error occurs again.
I didn't need to pay anything for the super service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door kortsluiting (usb van de oplader rechtstreeks in de 12V aansluiting steken werkt dus níet weet mijn zoontje nu?) konden we de telefoon niet meer opladen. Op weg richting Zell am See kwamen we toevallig langs deze VW dealer. Gelijk geholpen, ook nog door een Nederlandse monteur en dat voor enkel een bijdrage in de fooienpot....Top! Wat een service!
Due to a short circuit (plug the USB from the charger directly into the 12V connection, so my son doesn't know now ?) we could no longer charge the phone. On our way to Zell am See we happened to pass by this VW dealer. Helped immediately, also by a Dutch mechanic and that for only a contribution to the tip jar.... Top! What a service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten heute auf der Durchreise ein Panne mit unserem Auto. Die linke Vorderbremse hat versagt. Obwohl die Mitarbeiter schon fast Feierabend hatten, haben uns die Mitarbeiter der Werkstatt noch beide Vorderbremsen ausgetauscht.
Auch die Mitarbeiter im Service und in der Werkstatt sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Kann ich nur empfehlen 5 Sterne!
Today we had a breakdown with our car while we were passing through. The left front brake has failed. Although the employees were almost off work, the employees in the workshop exchanged both front brakes for us.
The employees in service and in the workshop are also very nice and helpful.
I can only recommend 5 stars!
