M	Magnum Opus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechteste Werkstatt in der ich je war. Habe Pickerl gemacht und siehe da, als ich nach Hause kam hatte ich einen Platten mit einer Schraube im Profil. Der Mechaniker welcher mir den Reifen reparierte bestätigte mir mein Gefühl, dass die Schraube von einem anderen Auto stamme. Nie wieder Gspandl! Worst workshop I've ever been to. I made stickers and lo and behold, when I got home I had a plate with a screw in the profile. The mechanic who repaired the tire confirmed my feeling that the screw came from another car. Never again Gspandl!

Beim Kauf hatte man hier das Gefühl, dass die eigenen Wünsche wichtig sind - nicht der Verkauf eines möglichst teuren oder schwer zu verkaufenden Autos. Keine Verkaufsstrategien a la "es gibt schon sehr viele Interessenten für das Auto". Testfahrt problemlos möglich. Beim Service ebenfalls zuvorkommend, freundlich und preislich fair. Keine unnötigen Reparaturen oder Zeitaufwand. Für die Dauer wurde uns außerdem ein Leihwagen zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir fahren extra von Graz an, da wir so zufrieden sind. Friendly and competent advice. You are always recognized and welcomed. When buying one had here the feeling that the own desires are important - not the sale of a very expensive or difficult to sell car. No sales strategies a la "there are already a lot of people interested in the car". Test drive easily possible. The service was also courteous, friendly and reasonably priced. No unnecessary repairs or time. For the duration a rental car was also provided. We drive extra from Graz, because we are so satisfied.

Das Auto musste dann auch noch am selben Tag wieder abgeholt werden weil nichts gemacht wurde. Absolute Frechheit und null Kundenzufriedenheit. The mechanic did not have the right nut and therefore could not remove the tire. The car had to be picked up the same day because nothing was done. Absolute cheek and zero customer satisfaction.
R	Ra Ru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuerste war ich mit dem Denzel in Graz höchst unzufrieden. Hatte mir hier einen Besseren Kundenservice erhofft. Was soll man sagen. Man wird angerufen weil die "FACH" Werkstatt nicht das benötigte Werkzeug selbst hat und wo im Fahrzeug sich das passende Stück befindet. Nachdem man meint es sollte im Auto liegen, wird man nur mit einem "Ich habe jetzt keine große Lust das Auto zu durchsuchen" abgespeist. Dann teilt man mit, dass man keine Umstände machen will und wir halt den Termin dann absagen und es belassen... wird trotzdem noch sich weiter beschwert dass man nicht das Auto durchsucht da sonst êinem alles mögliche an den Kopf geworfen werden kann im nachhinein. Dann musste das Auto SOFORT wieder abgeholt werden (obwohl ich schon ausgemacht hatte, dass ich 1 Woche im Ausland bin, ob ich es derweil dort lassen könne). Jemanden organisiert zum abholen und dann kam noch eine nette Rechnung die zu fürs nichts tun zu bezahlen war... vielen Dank nie wieder... At first I was extremely dissatisfied with the Denzel in Graz. I was hoping for better customer service here. What can you say. You are called because the "FACH" workshop does not have the required tool itself and where in the vehicle the right piece is located. After you think it should be in the car, you are only fobbed off with "I don't really want to search the car now". Then you tell them that you don't want to make any inconveniences and we then cancel the appointment and leave it ... they still complain that you don't search the car because otherwise everything can be thrown at the head afterwards. Then the car had to be picked up IMMEDIATELY (although I had already agreed that I would be abroad for 1 week, whether I could leave it there in the meantime). Someone organized to pick up and then came a nice bill that had to be paid for nothing ... thank you never again ...
