Problem beim Auto wurde rasch erkannt und behoben, war davor schon bei zwei anderen Werkstätten die den Fehler nicht gefunden haben. Very friendly, competent staff. Problem with the car was quickly detected and resolved, it was already in two other workshops that did not find the error.

F	Friedrich Hanisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war von Wien kommend, in Miesenbach in einem Hotel zu einem Wildpret-Wochenende. Bei der Ankunft hatte ich massive Probleme mit dem elektr. Schlüssel. Die Ent- und Verriegelung klappte erst nach etlichen versuchen. Im Hotel gab man mir die Adresse eines Elektrofachhandels in Birkfeld. An der angegebenen Andresse, so gegen 17:00 Uhr, angekommen, sah ich vis a vis das Autohaus Felber. Im Schauraum sah ich eine Person vom Reinigungsdienst. Da sich die Eingangstüre öffnen ließ, betrat ich das Geschäft. Links vom Eingang, von aussen nicht einsehbar, standen einige Mitarbeiter in legerer Runde. Ich: Ups, da komm' ich wohl zu spät. Ein Mitarbeiter: Was hätten's den gebraucht? Ich: Mein elektr. Schlüssel funktioniert nur mehr sehr unzuverlässig, ich benötige wohl eine Batterie. Ein Mitarbeiter: Kein Problem. Wenig später hatte ich in meinem Schlüssel eine neue Batterie. Der Mitarbeiter: Leider kann ich Ihnen keine Rechnung mehr ausdrucken, da wir bereits seit 16:00 Uhr Betriebsschluss haben und alle Geräte ausgeschalten sind. Das war mir in diesem Moment auch wirklich nicht wichtig. Ich hatte, ohne viel Tamtam eine neue Batterie für meinen Schlüssel bekommen, und dass 1 Stunde nach Geschäftsschluss. Das nenne ich "Kundenservice"! Nochmals herzlichen Dank an den Mitarbeiter der Firma Felber! I was coming from Vienna, in Miesenbach, in a hotel for a wild interpreter weekend. On arrival I had massive problems with the electrical. Key. The unlocking and locking only worked after several attempts. In the hotel I was given the address of an electronics store in Birkfeld. When I arrived at the address given, around 5:00 p.m., I saw the Felber car dealership across the street. In the showroom I saw a person from the cleaning service. As the front door opened, I entered the shop. To the left of the entrance, not visible from the outside, some employees were standing in a casual group. Me: Oops, I'll be late. An employee: What would it have needed? Me: my electr. The key only works very unreliably, I probably need a battery. One employee: no problem. A little later I had a new battery in my key. The employee: Unfortunately, I can no longer print out an invoice because we have been closed since 4 p.m. and all devices are switched off. That was really not important to me at that moment. I got a new battery for my key without much fanfare, and that 1 hour after closing time. That's what I call "customer service"! Thanks again to the Felber staff!

Immer wieder gern. Habe andere Autohäuser in meiner Nähe probiert, aber keines kann da mithalten. Danke Felber! ??? So far, not only 100% satisfaction with every visit, but mostly even exceeded expectations (repairs finished earlier than expected, etc.) Bravo! Always happy. Tried other dealerships near me, but none can keep up. Thank you Felber! ???
