Kompetent, keine versteckten Kosten, fristgerecht, wir sind Super zufrieden und überglücklich das es Betriebe wie diese gibt, im Pinzgau, die die Leute icht über den Tisch ziehen. Ich empfele diesen Betrieb mit 100% Zufriedenheit weiter! Weiter so Team Ebser Kristijan Stuzic I got the underbody protection, cavity settlement and brakes done, the prices were good, and the car was finished as agreed. Competent, no hidden costs, on time, we are super satisfied and overjoyed that there are companies like this in Pinzgau that people don't rip off. I recommend this company with 100% satisfaction! Vorderad. VW-Ebser in Unken vor Augen. Nächster Termin wäre in 1 Woche. Aber Herr Ebser erklärt, gesamte Bremse li. Vorderrad austauschen. 16 Uhr Anruf. Ersatzteile sind da und Kostenmitteilung. 23.06.2020 09 Uhr Kfz ist repariert . Und Ersatz-Kfz von Ebser kostenlos!!! Danke an Herrn Ebser und Werkstatt. Bei Ebser zeigt sich beste Ausbildung, Können und menschliche Führung. (VW darf sich freuen, daß sie Ebser als Vertragswerkstatt haben und kleinere Werkstätten favorisieren.) 06/22 2020 2 p.m. Audi A4 (location Bavaria). Drive to Tyrol. Downhill. Brake caliper blocked (is now possible at 200,000 km). Smoking left Front wheel VW-Ebser in sight in Unken. Next appointment would be in 1 week. But Mr. Ebser explains, entire brake left. Replace the front wheel. 4 p.m. call. Spare parts are there and cost notification. 23.06.2020 9 a.m. car is repaired. And replacement car from Ebser for free !!! Thanks to Mr. Ebser and workshop. Ebser shows the best training, skills and human leadership. (VW can be pleased that they have Ebser as an authorized workshop and favor smaller workshops.)
M	Mic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VW Passat (Hessen, Deutschland) während des Urlaubs einen Defekt am Schloß der Heckklappe. Fahrzeug vorgeführt und der Chef hat persönlich eine Diagnose durchgeführt. Ersatzteil kam über Nacht und wurde am nächsten Morgen unbürokratisch eingebaut. Wir konnten sogar bei einer Tasse Kaffee auf unser Auto warten. Keine großen Terminsuchen oder längere Standzeiten des Pkw in der Werkstatt. Das Autohaus Ebser hat sich hier maximal flexibel gezeigt, RESPEKT. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass meine Vertragswerkstatt in Deutschland auch so agieren würde. VW Passat (Hessen, Germany) a defect in the lock of the tailgate while on vacation. Vehicle demonstrated and the boss personally carried out a diagnosis. Spare part arrived overnight and was installed unbureaucratically the next morning. We could even wait for our car with a cup of coffee. No long searches for appointments or longer car downtimes in the workshop. The Ebser car dealership has shown itself to be as flexible as possible here, RESPECT. I would like my authorized workshop in Germany to act in the same way.

Danke für die schnelle und kompetente Hilfe die mir als Urlauber entgegen gebracht wurde. Super Team, weiter so.? Schade das ich bei euch kein Stammkunde werden kann, es liegen zu viele Km dazwischen. That's the way VW service should be. It does not need glass palaces, it has to be the human factor that matters. Was "only" there for an interview, not as a car customer - but bosses and team seemed relaxed, strong (knowledge) - good togetherness.

Uns wurde sofort weitergeholfen und in kürzester Zeit ein neues Getriebe besorgt und eingebaut, sodass wir schon am Freitag wieder die Reise fortsetzen konnten Richtung Kroatien! Besten Dank nochmal für die super Arbeit! On our first day of vacation we were stranded with our T5 camper in the beautiful Unken, unfortunately with a gearbox damage. We received immediate help and a new gearbox was procured and installed in a very short time, so that we could continue our journey towards Croatia on Friday! Thanks again for the great work!
