★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Samstag um 20 Uhr hatte ich gegenüber vom Autohaus einen Platten Reifen. Der Chef hat mich sofort in die Werkstatt geholt und innerhalb einer Stunde konnte ich mit einem neuen Reifen für kleines Geld weiterfahren. Der Chef und seine Lebensgefährtin waren super nett und ich bin überaus dankbar für die tolle Hilfe, sodass ich am nächsten Tag meine Heimfahrt nach Tirol antreten konnte. So etwas ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich.
Tausend Dank nochmal auf diesem Wege.

On Saturday at 8 pm I had a flat tire opposite the dealership. The boss immediately took me to the workshop and within an hour I was able to continue with a new tire for a small sum of money. The boss and his girlfriend were super nice and I am extremely grateful for the great help, so that I could start my trip home to Tyrol the next day. Such a thing is absolutely not self-evident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren auf Urlaub in Bad Schallerbach als sich eine Schraube in unseren Reifen verirrte. Spontan zur nächsten KFZ Werkstätte und dabei großes Glück gehabt zu Sepp und seinem Team zu gelangen. Ich habe in meinem leben noch nie eine solche gepflegte, ordentliche und saubere KFZ Werkstätte gesehen! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und Sepp setzte alle Hebel in Bewegung und besorgte uns den passenden Reifen (war nicht einfach auf Grund der derzeitigen Liefersituationen). Prompt am nächsten Tag 11 Uhr war der neue Reifen perfekt gewuchtet und montiert. Unser Urlaub war gerettet. Nebenbei handelt Sepp übrigens mit sehr gutem Wein.
Vielen Dank für den top Service und die freundliche und kompetente Bedienung.
We were on vacation in Bad Schallerbach when a screw got lost in our tire. Spontaneously to the nearest car workshop and very lucky to get to Sepp and his team. I have never seen such a neat, tidy and clean car workshop in my life! We were warmly welcomed and Sepp pulled out all the stops and got us the right tires (wasn't easy due to the current delivery situation). Promptly the next day at 11 a.m. the new tire was perfectly balanced and fitted. Our vacation was saved. By the way, Sepp also deals in very good wine.
