From the offer to the all-encompassing support before the trip to our very friendly & great bus driver and a cool hotel, we were simply happy all around.

Der Ein und Ausstieg für ältere Menschen ist dadurch sehr sehr schwer (auch mit einem Kinderwagen ist das betreten vom Bus auch unmöglich geschweige denn für behinderte Menschen). The company has no real buses or line labels. This makes getting on and off the bus very, very difficult for older people (even with a stroller, getting on the bus is impossible, let alone for disabled people).

Beim Busfahrer bekommt man kein Schülerticket, da er keine Kassa hat ??‍♀️ dann wird gesagt man soll die Anträge in der Schule abgeben, werden vom Weiss Personal abgeholt. Dann heißt es man müsse die Anträge selbst ins Büro nach St. Georgen/Stiefing bringen. Sehr umständlich und mühsam das Ganze, schon das 3. Jahr in Folge ? Every year again .... bus ticket confusion !! You don't get a student ticket from the bus driver because he has no cash desk ??‍♀️ then you are told you should hand in the applications to the school, the Weiss staff will pick them up. Then you have to bring the applications to the office in St. Georgen / Stiefing yourself. The whole thing is very cumbersome and laborious, for the third year in a row ?
N	Niko Niemand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophale Geschäftsführung die auf jede Beschwerde von den Mitarbeiter mit einer Kündigung droht, oder mit ( du kannst gehen wenn es dir nicht passt).Seit 2008 sind sehr viele Mitarbeiter freiwillig gegangen oder wurden aus nichtigen Gründen gekündigt, sogar zwei Betriebsräte (zur zeit gibt es keinen Betriebsrat) haben die Firma freiwillig verlassen. Das Arbeitsklima bzw. die Arbeitsbedingungen (besonders für die Busfahrer) einfach untragbar ist.Dienstplan war immer nur für den nächsten Tag und am gleichen Tag wird telefonisch öfter geändert.Wir 50+ müssen ausharren und es durchstehen. Catastrophic management threatening any complaint from employees with a termination, or with (you can leave if you do not like it). Since 2008, many employees have voluntarily quit or were terminated for vain reasons, even two works councils (there are currently no works council) left the company voluntarily. The work climate or the working conditions (especially for the bus driver) is simply unbustainable. The schedule was only for the next day and the same day is changed by phone more often. We 50+ have to endure and get through it.

M	Melanie Weidinger-Poller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super schnell und nett wenn man den bisschen beantragt, wenn das Kind allerdings due Jacke im Bus vergisst sind sie nicht sehr hilfsbereit Super quick and nice if you ask for it, but if the child forgets their jacket on the bus, they are not very helpful
