F	Felix Fiebinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt sie doch noch, die ehrlichen Gebrauchtwagenhändler! Habe bei Herrn Thurner einen gebrauchten Skoda Fabia Combi (BJ 2014) gekauft. Bei diesem Modell sind Probleme mit der Steuerkette bekannt. Herr Thurner tauschte diese aus Eigeninitiative inkl aller relevanten Teile aus. Er war in der Korrespondenz zu dem Fahrzeug korrekt, verlässlich, fair und stand stets zu seinem Wort (unter anderem wurde das Fahrzeug trotz zahlreicher Anfragen für mich reserviert). Herr Thurner kommunizierte auf Augenhöhe mit dem Kunden und zeigte sich bei Einwänden verständnisvoll und entgegenkommend. Ich kann diesen Händler 100%ig empfehlen! The honest used car dealers still exist! I bought a used Skoda Fabia Combi (BJ 2014) from Mr. Thurner. Problems with the timing chain are known in this model. Mr. Thurner replaced them on his own initiative, including all relevant parts. He was correct, reliable, fair in his correspondence with the vehicle and always kept his word (among other things, the vehicle was reserved for me despite numerous inquiries). Mr. Thurner communicated with the customer on an equal footing and was understanding and accommodating to any objections. I can 100% recommend this dealer!

Fahrzeug entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung in der Verkaufsanzeige und war außerordentlich gut gepflegt. Kaufabwicklung auch absolut seriös und Fahrzeug wurde noch am selben Tag zu mir nach Hause zugestellt. Ich habe das Fahrzeug nun knapp 2 Monate und bin absolut zufrieden damit. Ich würde wieder bei ihm kaufen und kann diesen Händler zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Great and reliable dealer. Short-term inspection with test drive and purchase test a few days later possible without any problems. Vehicle fully corresponded to the description in the sales advertisement and was extremely well maintained. The purchase process was also absolutely serious and the vehicle was delivered to my home on the same day. I have the vehicle for almost 2 months now and I am absolutely satisfied with it. I would buy from him again and I can recommend this dealer 100%.

Der Wagen fährt nun seit 5 Jahren einwandfrei, an den Kosten des Austausches einer defekten Wasserpumpe hat sich der Verkäufer in Kulanz nach Monaten sogar beteiligt! Ganz tolle Erfahrung mit diesem Verkäufer und Kleinunternehmen. I bought an Audi Q5 3.0 TFSI from Auto Thuner in 2016, very nice and honest car salesman, the handling was also great! The car has been driving flawlessly for 5 years now, and after months the seller even contributed to the costs of replacing a defective water pump as a gesture of goodwill! Great experience with this seller and small business.

I asked him for videos and photos of the car what i’ve received the same day. I reserved the car by a bank payment from the Netherlands. He sent me the car papers by post and a big transport firm is going to transfer the car over to me. So far so good. ?? Also very good price!
