Um nur ein Beispiel zu nennen: bei dem von mir besichtigten Fahrzeug stand in der Anzeige vollständiges Servicebuch, tatsächlich wurde der letzte Service 2015 durchgeführt. Als ich den Herrn Verkäufer darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe war die Aussage nur, das hat er sich nicht angeschaut. Auf Fragen wurde nur sehr widerwillig geantwortet und man hat das Gefühl als Kunde unerwünscht zu sein. Sehr schade - bitte am Verhalten arbeiten, dann klappt es vielleicht auch mit dem Verkaufen. Ohne Termin sofort vom Chef begutachtet und nach Bestellung der Ersatzteile sofort Termin bekommen. Reparatur dauerte 2 Stunden und Schaden wurde professionell behoben. Das ganz innerhalb von 1,5 Tagen - top!! Sudden squeaking noise from left front brake during vacation.
