m	mark weidenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nichts Negatives zu berichten^^ Bin HTL Schüler und habe wenig Taschengeld und vertraue dieser Werkstatt schon seit langer Zeit. Die Wartungen wurden an meinem Lancia Phedra kompetent und ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt. Dazu sind alle Mitarbeiter kompetent und bereit Fragen zu beantworten, was sehr essentiell ist. Was vor allem Fahrzeugelektronik anbelangt, ist die Werkstatt sehr kompetent. Wie gesagt, die negativen Kommentare sind für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich kann diese Werkstatt nur weiter empfehlen! Und diese wird mich als Stammkunde garantiert nicht verlieren! Nothing negative to say ^^ Am an HTL student and have little pocket money and have trusted this workshop for a long time. The maintenance on my Lancia Phedra was carried out competently and properly. All employees are competent and ready to answer questions, which is very essential. The workshop is very competent when it comes to vehicle electronics in particular. As I said, the negative comments are not understandable to me. I can only recommend this workshop! And this is guaranteed not to lose me as a regular customer!
A	Alexandra Kropf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe im Mai 2018 eine Vespa hier gekauft. Von Anfang an ging der Kickstarter nicht, der elektrische Starter nur wenn das Moped nicht länger als zwei Tage stand. Im Herbst 18 war es nicht mehr zum Starten. Brachte es zum Czaker zurück zur Reparatur. Nach fast zwei Monaten bekam ich es zurück mit dem Hinweis, dass die Vespa halt oft schwer anspringe weil das Benzin verdampfe und ich falsch gestartet hätte (man dürfe dabei nicht Gas geben). Bis zum Herbst 19 war das Moped noch 2 Mal beim Czaker, weil es nicht zu starten war. Beim letzten Mal kam Senior Czaker mit Abschleppwagen zu mir nach Hause und versuchte zu starten - vergebens bis Batterie leer war. In der Werkstatt wurde kein Fehler gefunden: die größte Frechheit war dass ich das Abschleppen zahlen musste. Weil ich wäre schuld gewesen, die Batterie sei leer gewesen!! Heuer im Frühling war das Moped bei einer anderen Zweiradwerkstatt: die Benzinpumpe war defekt und der Joker ebenfalls. Seither funktionieren der elektr. Starter und der Kickstarter problemlos. Daher: HÄNDE WEG VOM CZAKER WAS DIE REPARATUR VON VESPAS BETRIFFT. DAS SCHONT DAS GELDBÖRSEL UND DIE NERVEN!! I bought a Vespa here in May 2018. From the beginning the kick starter did not work, the electric starter only if the moped was not standing for longer than two days. In autumn 18 it was no longer possible to start. Returned it to the Czaker for repair. After almost two months I got it back with the note that the Vespa often starts hard because the gasoline evaporates and I started wrong (you shouldn't accelerate). Until autumn 19 the moped was twice at the Czaker because it could not be started. Last time Senior Czaker came to my house with a tow truck and tried to start - in vain until the battery was empty. No fault was found in the workshop: the biggest insolence was that I had to pay for the towing. Because it was my fault that the battery was empty !! This spring, the moped was at another two-wheeler workshop: the petrol pump was broken and the joker too. Since then the electr. Starter and the kick starter without any problems. Therefore: HANDS AWAY FROM THE CZAKER WHAT REPAIRS VESPAS. THIS PROTECTS THE WALLET AND THE NERVES !!

Der Empfang ist unfreundlich, der Service inkompetent, es wird das Gefühl vermittelt, dass man unerwünscht ist. Jedesmal ärgere ich mich, weil fürs Pickerl Zusatzarbeiten "notwendig" sind, obwohl der Roller erst ein paar Jahre alt ist. Diesmal war ein zusätzliches Problem zu beheben, das mir mit Eur 420 angeboten wurde. Eine Werkstatt außerhalb der Stadt hat meinen Verdacht bestätigt: 1. ist die Reparatur in diesem Ausmaß nicht notwendig, 2. würde sie fast die Hälfte kosten. Abgesehen davon, dass ich dort wie ein Kunde behandelt wurde und nicht wie ein Bittsteller. Never czaker again! I have been bringing my Vespa here for years because it is the nearest workshop. The reception is rude, the service incompetent, it gives the feeling that you are undesirable. I always get annoyed because extra work is "necessary" for the pickerl, even though the scooter is only a few years old. This time there was an additional problem to be solved, which was offered to me with EUR 420. A workshop outside the city confirmed my suspicions: 1. the repair to this extent is not necessary, 2. it would cost almost half. Apart from the fact that I was treated like a customer there and not as a supplicant.

Freundlich und kompetent waren alle Mitarbeiter mit denen wir zu tun hatten. Komme sicher wieder. Too bad that this dealership is so hidden, because I found both the service and the advice as very good. Friendly and competent were all the staff we had to deal with. Come back for sure.

Dankeschön dafür, dieses Autohaus ist sehr groß.....und sehr sauber...sie können hier natürlich e-Autos ?.. sowie Verbrenner, ?? aber auch Mopeds.?️?. und e-mopeder ??. kaufen....Kann ich mit 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ weiter empfehlen. Man nimmt sich Zeit ⏲️⏳ für den Kunden . ??? Very friendly staff ..... have a Nissan Leaf 30 kW tested. I was very satisfied. I could test the car for several hours. Thank you very much, this dealership is very big ..... and very clean ... you can of course e-cars sowie .. as well as burners, ?? but also mopeds.?️?. and e-moped ??. buy .... I can recommend with 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. You take your time ⏲️⏳ for the customer. ???
