Sehr höflich und mondän - das hätte mich stutzig machen können, weil irgendwer bezahlt ja den ganzen Auftritt. Naja als ich beim ersten Verfahren über 3000 Euro versenkt habe ( ein Mail kostet zb zw 27 und 50 Euro- und es werden viele Mails zu einfachen Sachverhalten verschickt usw.) und dann meinen Unmut äußerte wurde ich vor der Verhandlung des zweiten Verfahrens gleich prophylaktisch gekündigt und stand dann halt allein da - was aber eh keinen Unterschied machte und mir nur Geld sparte. Meiner Meinung und Erfahrung nach geschmalzene Preise für in meinem Fall null Erfolg. Ausser vielen E-Mails und Papier nichts gewesen. Mir wurde oft, vermutlich kostenpflichtige, Hilfe für einfache Eingaben bei Gericht etwa angeboten - das habe ich wohlweislich öfter vermeiden können. Insgesamt sollte man diese dauernden Benachrichtigen und Erklärungen zu einfachen Gerichtsbeschlüssen etc einfach abbestellen, wenn man die Preise halbwegs in Grenzen halten will. Hätte ich mir insgesamt alles sparen sollen - aber das wird einem ja eher nicht gesagt weil es Teil des Geschäftsmodells sein könnte - das trifft vielleicht aber eh auf alle in dieser Branche zu. Darum wer es gerne sehr höflich und schön (ihr Anwalt fährt hier ein Elektromobil!) und nicht unbedingt erfolgsorientiert angehen möchte wird hier sicher fündig. I sought help with 2 procedures at the same time. Very polite and sophisticated - that could have puzzled me because someone pays for the entire performance. Well, when I sank over 3000 euros in the first procedure (an email costs between 27 and 50 euros, for example, and many emails are sent on simple matters, etc.) and then expressed my displeasure, I was terminated prophylactically before the negotiation of the second procedure and then just stood there alone - which didn't make any difference anyway and only saved me money. In my opinion and experience, low prices for zero success in my case. Apart from a lot of e-mails and paper, nothing happened. I was often offered help with simple submissions to the court, probably for a fee - I have wisely been able to avoid that more often. All in all, you should simply unsubscribe from these constant notifications and declarations on simple court orders etc. if you want to keep the prices halfway within limits. I should have saved myself everything altogether - but you tend not to be told that because it could be part of the business model - but that might apply to everyone in this industry anyway. So if you like to be very polite and nice (your lawyer drives an electric vehicle here!) And not necessarily want to approach success, you will surely find it here.
