Was mich am meisten stört ist das die Öffungszeiten laufend geändert werden und es vorkommt das der Fitness und Wellnessbereich aufgrund von Veranstaltungen (z.B. Privatfeiern vom Chef) geschlossen ist. Es kommt immer wieder vor, dass Einrichtungen im wellness bereich nicht funktionieren und keine Reperaturmaßnahmen erfolgen ... der Whirlpool ist seit anfang des Jahres außer betrieb. Die Geräte sind von Technogym und werden nur mäßig gewartet. An der Legcurl springt des öfteren die Sicherung raus was das gerät unbrauchbar macht. Und der allgemeine Zustand im Hantelbereich lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Zu wenig Gewichtständer für hantelscheiben und alles allgemein sehr eng. Des weiteren stolpert man sehr oft über die Gewichte der Vorgänger, hier sollte das Personal etwas mehr dahinter sein. Der Preis für die Mitgliedschaft ist daher absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. I was a customer for a long time, but there have been problems for a long time that have not been worked on. What bothers me the most is that the opening times are constantly changing and it happens that the fitness and wellness area is closed due to events (e.g. private celebrations by the boss). It happens again and again that facilities in the wellness area do not work and no repair measures are carried out ... the whirlpool has been out of service since the beginning of the year. The devices are from Technogym and are only moderately serviced. The fuse on the leg curl often pops out, making the device unusable. And the general condition in the barbell area also leaves something to be desired. Too little weight stand for weight plates and everything in general very tight. Furthermore, you very often stumble across the weights of the predecessors, here the staff should be a little more behind. The price of membership is therefore absolutely not justified.

WLAN ist zwar möglich, aber wir dürfen nicht benutzen das password gab man uns nicht. Und das bei einer internationalen Kegel-Veranstaltung!! Die Bahnen hatten oft technische Probleme. There is no dinner here, you had to wait a long time for your turn. Staff is understaffed. WLAN is possible, but we are not allowed to use the password we were not given. And that at an international bowling event !! The railways often had technical problems.
R	Rebecca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren sehr glücklich, so nahe ein Fitnessstudio zu haben. Voller Freude sind wir Mitglieder geworden. Das Vergnügen war nur kurz, da wir vom Mitarbeiter rausgeworfen wurden. Grund : wir beschweren uns zu oft: Von unserer Seite zu Recht, denn wir zahlten € 35,00 Euro ( von 9 Uhr-13Uhr) für ein in die Jahre gekommenes Studio, jedes Cardiogerät ( morgens waren 4 von 10 Geräten defekt, bei den anderen war der Bildschirm defekt) hat Mängel vorzuweisen. Die Trainingsgeräte sind auch abgenutzt, die letzte Wartung war 2016. Im Sommer keine Klimaanlage, die Uhr geht 8 Minuten vor, damit die Mitarbeiter rechtzeitig rausgehen. Von Seitens der Leitung gab es nur Ausreden, angeblich müssen € 6000,00 Euro im Voraus bezahlt werden und offenbar ist das nicht vorhanden. Letztendlich mussten wir gehen. Auf die Mitglieder wird mit Verachtung reagiert. Wir sind jetzt in einem Studio (weiter entfernt und mit gut 250 funktionierenden Geräten in Wr. Neustadt) das billiger ist, viele moderne Geräte hat, bessere Öffnungszeiten und ein Personal hat, das Kunden orientiert handelt. Der Betreiber empfiehlt ja auch jeden zu gehen der auf Mängel hinweist wie andere Einträge hier bewiesen haben. We were very happy to have a gym so close. We have become members full of joy. The pleasure was short, as we were thrown out by the staff. Reason: we complain too many times: From our side rightly, because we paid € 35.00 (from 9am to 1pm) for a run-down studio, every cardio machine (in the morning, 4 out of 10 devices were defective, in the other the screen was broken) has shortcomings. The training equipment is also worn, the last maintenance was 2016. No air conditioning in the summer, the clock is 8 minutes, so the staff on time go out. From the part of the management there were only excuses, allegedly € 6000,00 to be paid in advance and apparently that does not exist. Finally we had to leave. Members are treated with contempt. We are now in a studio (farther away and with over 250 working machines in Wiener Neustadt) which is cheaper, has many modern appliances, better opening hours and a staff that acts customer oriented. The operator also recommends to go to anyone who points to deficiencies as other entries have proven here.
