★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich Inkompetenz pur. Kein Rückruf wie versprochen. Dann wollten sie trotz Richter Beschluss ein Losungswort fürs Sparbuch von einem Verstorbenen. Geht's noch. Diese Bank Werd ich in Zukunft meiden.
For me, pure incompetence. No call back as promised. Then, despite the judge's decision, they wanted a password for the savings account from a deceased. Are you crazy. I will avoid this bank in the future.
