★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr flott unterwegs gewesen war innerhalb von 10 min am Zielort zwar sagte mir man es würde bis zu Max.15€ kosten aber es waren 19€ Aber das war es mir wert immer wieder gerne :)
Very fast on the way had been within 10 minutes at the destination although I said it would cost up to Max.15 € but it was 19 € But it was worth it again and again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday evening, about 8h30 pm, after a 14h trip from belgium by train with two tired kids. Due to a delayed train from Innsbruck we knew we had missed the last bus to Soelden from Otztal train station. After some calling around and becoming slightly desperate, a colleague taxi driver from Obergurgl recommended the family Tipotsch. We gave them a call and they immediately agreed to take us to Soelden for the normal rate, despite being Sunday evening (almost 9pm by then, with a single way ride of 40 min...) and the very short notice. These very friendly and relaxed, somewhat elderly people saved us from what could have become a very stressful moment, so we are very grateful to them. Moreover, at the meeting place at Otztal railway station, there were some other stranded travellers, and they immediately arranged for another taxi to take them as well. Heartwarming Austrian hospitality, perfect begin of our vacation.
