M	Matthias B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historischer Punkt mit wunderbaren Panorama! Ein Aussichtspunkt, welcher sich wahrlich eine ordentliche Aussichtsplattform verdient hätte. Realisiert wurde ein architektonisches Metallgestell mit eigenwilligen Stufen und eine Aussichtsplattform mit Platz für einen Erwachsenen oder maximal ein Liebespaar. Das Ding ist etwas höher als Mais wachsen kann und bietet somit auch im Herbst etwas Sicht in unser schönes Land. Unweit von diesem Punkt gibt es viel ältere Aussichtsplattformen mit Platz für mehr als 2 Personen und Panoramatafeln, welche man aufgrund der Dimensionierung am Niveau der Aussichtsplattform vorfindet. An architectural metal frame with idiosyncratic steps and a viewing platform with space for an adult or at most a couple in love was realized. The thing is a little higher than maize can grow and therefore offers some view of our beautiful country even in autumn. Not far from this point there are much older viewing platforms with space for more than 2 people and panorama boards, which can be found at the level of the viewing platform due to the dimensions.

Leider gibt es das Gasthaus nicht mehr und somit keine Einkehrmöglichkeit für Wanderer oder Radfahrer. Beautiful vantage point at 488m above sea level, great all-round view, from the Mühlviertel over the Salzkamergut and the Kremstal to the Dead Mountains to the Ötscher. Unfortunately, the inn no longer exists, so there is no place to stop for hikers or cyclists.

Sie ist auf einer Höhe von 488 Metern oberhalb des Meeresspiegels gelegen und jeder Besucher sieht bei schönen Wetter von den Alpen fast bis hin zu der böhmischen Grenze. Der Ort rundherum wurde im Jahre 1817 ein wichtiger Fundamentalpunkt der oberösterreichischen Landesvermessung. Der Name dieses wunderbaren Fleckchen Erde bezieht sich auf den sich danebenliegenden befindlichen und auch weithin gut sichtbaren Baum. The lookout point on the top of the Gusterberg south-east of Kremsmünster is a popular stopover destination. It is located at an altitude of 488 meters above sea level and every visitor can see from the Alps almost as far as the Bohemian border when the weather is nice. The place all around became an important fundamental point of the Upper Austrian land surveying in 1817. The name of this wonderful piece of earth refers to the tree next to it, which is clearly visible from afar.

Great vantage point, just a shame that there is no restaurant there anymore and the lettering tree in the middle of the world is no longer on the house.

Konzeptionell hier nicht möglich, lediglich eine Seite, die Bergseite kann man besichtigen. Den Blick und das eventuelle Fotomotiv stören teils Stromleitungen. Schön wäre auch ein kleiner Imbiss. Wenn die Straßenarbeiten wieder eine Zufahrt erlauben kann man das wieder in die Radtour einbauen, ein Muss ist es jedoch nicht. Under a lookout point, I define a point that allows an undisturbed and far-reaching view. Conceptually not possible here, only one side, the mountain side can be visited. Power lines sometimes disturb the view and the eventual photo opportunity. A small snack would also be nice. When the road works allow access again, this can be built into the bike tour again, but it is not a must.
