It's a interesting experience as you require to collect your own mug and went to the beer station to top up the beer. Definitely recommend for those that want to experience the old-school beer garden!

Not even a smile on their faces when talking to you like they are doing you a favour by serving. Waited in the hot sun before opening for this rubbish experience. In a post pandemic world with enterprises closing down due to lack of business, any place getting customers should at the very least be courteous to them. And they accept only cash. Welcome to 1800s. Should I get my cows to barter for food and drinks? Also, the beer is systematically poured less than the cup volume with foam making the top third of your cup. Waste of time and energy! PS: In our 4 week long trip in the region, this was by far the worst experience. If there was a way to rate it lower, I would!

During my visit they only had the Märzen for beer. It was drafted from a woorden barrel, which was fun, and upon request they could mix it with lemonade to make a Radler.

There's one beer on tap, you drink whatever they have that day. 4 large interior rooms to choose from and an ample outdoor beer garden. If you're looking fo craft beer, this is not the place. If you're looking for a laid back, traditional vibe off the beaten tourist path - this is it. Bring cash as cards are not accepted. Covid- they check vaccination status at the door and you will need to fill out a contact tracing form. Lines move fairly quickly.
