B	Betül Erbas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss das jetzt endlich loswerden es war nicht einmal nicht zweimal es war jedesmal Kaum habe ich einen Uveitis Schub heißt es kommen sie sofort Dann wird man ganz freundlich empfangen Freundlich beraten und die Wartezeit hat bei mir wirklich überhaupt nie lange gedauert Oder vielleicht habe ich es nicht gespürt weil ich bei so einem freundlichen Empfang positiv gestimmt wurde Beide Damen tolle tolle Menschen Die Ärztinnen sehr sympathisch immer auf Augenhöhe Nicht so wie man's bei vielen Ärzten kennt die einem nicht mal ins Gesicht schauen die einem nur mit einem Ohr zuhören - nein - beide Ärztinnen sind richtig toll Erklären alles ausführlich ohne dabei mit den Augen zu rollen oder einem das Gefühl zu geben es würde jetzt schon reichen mit den Fragen - nein- jede Frage wird ausführlich beantwortet Ich schätze es sehr ? daher möchte ich mich hier auf diesem Wege bedanken Danke dass ihr mir heute wieder so schnell geholfen habt ihr seid ein tolles Team ??? I need to get this out of my head now it wasn't once not twice it was every time As soon as I have a uveitis attack, they come immediately Then you will be greeted very friendly Friendly advice and the waiting time really never lasted long for me Or maybe I didn't feel it because I was put in a positive mood by such a friendly welcome Both ladies great great people The doctors are very personable and always at eye level Not like you know it from many doctors who don't even look you in the face and only listen with one ear - no - both doctors are really great Explain everything in detail without rolling your eyes or giving you the feeling that it would be enough with the questions - no - every question is answered in detail I appreciate it very much ? so I would like to say thank you here in this way Thank you for helping me again so quickly today you are a great team ???

Hier kann man auch mit der Ärztin Witze reißen. Andere Ordintationen können sich eine Scheibe abschneiden. Was there for the first time today. What can I say. I'm totally thrilled. Everyone is very friendly, from the first phone call to reception and the doctor. Here you can also crack jokes with the doctor. Other ordinations can learn a lesson.

Es wurde alles erklärt, auch Zeit genommen (ist in diesen Zeiten nicht üblich). Hervorragende Ärztin!!! HERZLICHEN Dank, meine Mama ist so entspannt nach einem Arzttermin wie schon lange nicht mehr!!!! 5 Sterne sind noch zu wenig A really great, friendly and competent team. My mother, 81 years old, was treated with great courtesy and patience. Everything was explained, and time was taken (not usual in these times). Outstanding doctor!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, my mom is more relaxed after a doctor's appointment than she has been in a long time!!!! 5 stars are still not enough

Die Untersuchungen sind genau, umfangreich, mit den modernsten Geräten und mit sehr freundlichem und kompetentem Team. Das Augenzentrum ist der beste Beweis dafür, dass auch in diesem Bereich ein hervorragendes Service möglich ist. It is very gratifying that they call them and actually expect to get an appointment in a few months; but you can come by immediately. The examinations are precise, extensive, with the most modern equipment and with a very friendly and competent team. The eye center is the best proof that excellent service is also possible in this area.

Vorallem die nette Dame am Empfang ist so kinderlieb und freundlich, da geht man sogar gerne zum Arzt. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen! Die Geräte super modern und genaue Untersuchung! Alles bestens! We were let to wait 1,5 hours when we were finally let in for a check up, and then he got some drops to widen his pupils. And then we had to wait another hour. Altogether we spent a bit more than 2,5 hours. Even though I asked at the beginning how long it would take. They told me 2 hours. I had been already upset then, and I told the two receptionists that that was too much for us as we do not live in Vienna, and would need to commute for another hour, and 8 o'clock is bedtime for my 2 year old son. I had asked them to make an exception, but they just would not. It is very sad. I was even considering coming at another time, but I was told I would have to wait 2 hours anyway. No matter when I come. So very much not patient centric were these two ladies. Especially one of them. The doctors were ok. My son should have another check up in six months or so, but I am definitely not going to go back to them.
