p	petra jarz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv zu erwähnen ist das unkomplizierte Online-System, um einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Funktioniert wunderbar. Allerdings sind die Wartezeiten in der Ordination "grenzwertig". Aber ok, dafür wird alles sehr genau untersucht, auch ein Optiker ist anwesend und die Geräte sind alle neu (denke ich). Frau Dr. Weitgasser ist "mässig freundlich", aber man muss sie ja eh nicht mit nach Hause nehmen. Fazit: fachlich ok, an der Freundlichkeit kann man durchaus noch arbeiten (die Assistentinnen sind alle megafreundlich). Wir legen keinen Wert auf Online Bewertungen jeglicher Art und wünschen das ausdrücklich nicht . Wir sind eine übervolle Kassenpraxis , der Augenarzt in Mureck ist nicht vor Ort und ich versorge gemeinsam mit der Kollegin Babos zwei Bezirke bis sich in Mureck ein neuer Augenarzt findet . Das ist eine enorme Aufgabe . Wir sind bemüht, gut , genau und nach geltenden Maßstäben zu arbeiten . Es gibt derzeit viele alte und kranke Patienten ,auch aus Mureck, die wir natürlich aufgrund ihres schlechten Allgemeinzustandes und Ihrer Gebrechlichkeit vorziehen. Daher ist - wie bei jedem Arzt - mit Wartezeiten zu rechnen . Ich denke, das das fair und menschlich verständlich ist . Wir tun unser Bestes ( und ja unsere Geräte sind brandneu ) Online Bewerter werden wir als Patienten ablehnen - das dürfen wir und wir werden von unserem Recht auch deutlich Gebrauch machen . Mag.phil.Dr.med. Ursula Weitgasser The uncomplicated online system for making an appointment is a good thing to mention. Works wonderfully. However, the waiting times in the ordination are "borderline". But ok, everything is examined very carefully, an optician is also present and the devices are all new (I think). Miss Dr. Weitgasser is "moderately friendly", but you don't have to take her home anyway. Conclusion: technically ok, you can still work on the friendliness (the assistants are all mega-friendly). We do not value online reviews of any kind and expressly do not wish this. We are overcrowded, the ophthalmologist in Mureck is not on site and I take care of two districts together with colleague Babos until a new ophthalmologist is found in Mureck. It is an enormous task. We strive to work well, accurately and according to applicable standards. There are currently many old and sick patients, including those from Mureck, who we naturally prefer because of their poor general condition and their frailty. Therefore, as with any doctor, waiting times can be expected. I think that's fair and human understandable. We do our best (and yes our devices are brand new) We will reject online evaluators as patients - we can and we will exercise our rights clearly. Appointments were made quickly via the Internet, the ordination assistants had everything under control, even though the practice was full, the examinations went smoothly and Dr. Weitgasser is very knowledgeable and friendly.
