X	X y. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Sekretärin ist sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe drei tagelang versucht, sie zu erreichen, weil ich aus einem wichtigen Grund nicht beim Termin erscheinen könnte. Auf Anrufe wurde am Tag des Termins auch nicht geantwortet dann aber hat sie mich eben als ich nicht dort erschienen bin angerufen und wollte quasi an meinen Termin erinnern. Ich denke mir warum hat sie vorher nicht abgehoben, obwohl ich an dem Tag und an anderen Tagen etwa fünf mal angerufen habe… Und als ich um eine Terminverschiebung bitten wollte hat sie mir keinen Ohr gegeben sondern in einer unfreundlichen Art, mir einen Termin Ende März angeboten (ich habe Anfang Februar da angerufen), obwohl es sich bei mir um einen Gerstenkorn handelt, also um etwas was so schnell wie möglich behandelt werden muss. Ich will keinem was unterstellen, aber das ist schon etwas merkwürdig, weil man kriegt da üblicherweise schon viel schneller einen Termin. So voll werden die Termine nicht gewesen sein.. ich meine es handelte sich zudem um etwas dringendes und nicht um eine ganz normale Untersuchung!! The secretary is very rude. I've been trying to reach her for three days because I couldn't show up for the appointment for an important reason. No one answered calls on the day of the appointment, but then she called me when I didn't show up and wanted to remind me of my appointment. I wonder why she didn't pick up beforehand, although I called about five times that day and other days... And when I wanted to ask to change the appointment, she didn't listen to me but in an unfriendly way offered me an appointment at the end of March offered (I called at the beginning of February), although I have a stye, something that needs to be dealt with as soon as possible. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything, but that's a bit strange, because you usually get an appointment much faster. The appointments will not have been that full.. I mean it was also something urgent and not a normal examination!!
