Auf Rückfragen wird eingegangen. Gesamtes Team außergewöhnlich freundlich. Konstruktive Kritik: Für Erstpatienten ist die Eingangssituation unübersichtlich. Folgt man den Pfeilen, kommt man zu einem verschlossenen Nebeneingang des "Göttlichen Heiland" KHs ohne Klingel, auf der steht "Nur für Personal". Habe es trotzdem hinein geschafft. Ende gut, alles gut. My most thorough examination at an eye check-up appointment to date. Layman-friendly detailed explanation of the test results and next steps. Questions will be answered. Entire team exceptionally friendly. Constructive criticism: The entrance situation is confusing for first-time patients. If you follow the arrows, you will come to a locked side entrance of the "Göttlicher Heiland" KHs without a bell, which says "Only for staff". Made it in anyway. All's well that ends well.

Die moderne Ausstattung, der freundlich-kompetente Empfang das eine. Eine genaue und professionelle Sehschärfenbestimmung zu Beginn, und dann die Untersuchung durch Herrn OA Dr. O. Markovic!!! So einfühlend, genau, Fragen schon vorweg erörternd und so persönlich habe ich dies auch in anderen Fachbereichen noch nie erlebt. Und das amikale Gespräch schwingt jetzt noch nach ... Und dies alles als ÖGK-Patient. Actually, 5 stars are to be awarded to Supiror, as this ophthalmological practice is second to none! The modern equipment, the friendly and competent reception one thing. A precise and professional visual acuity determination at the beginning, and then the examination by OA Dr. Oh Markovic!!! So empathetic, precise, discussing questions in advance and so personally I have never experienced this in other departments. And the amical conversation is still resonating... And all this as an ÖGK patient.
