Nice design and panoramic view. I sat a week in it and tried unfortunately because of the reservations after us. I did not estimate, but a very bad method and what works forever at night.

Super hochwertige und komplette Ausstattung, durchdachtes, edles Design mit allem Komfort wie Garagenstellplatz, Sauna, offener Kamin. Dazu die tolle Aussicht auf Maiskogel und Kitzsteinhorn, selbst aus dem Bett heraus oder von unter der Dusche (Spatzennest), machen den Aufenthalt zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis. Nicht zu vergessen die super freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Hier passt einfach alles! Wir waren schon zum vierten Mal hier und kommen sicher wieder.
For us one of the best accommodations in the Austrian Alps. Super high-quality and complete equipment, sophisticated, elegant design with all comforts such as garage parking space, sauna, open fireplace. In addition, the great view of the Maiskogel and Kitzsteinhorn, even from the bed or from under the shower (Spatzennest), make your stay a very special experience. Not to forget the super friendly and helpful landlady. Everything fits here! This was our fourth time here and we will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderfull place to spend a holliday! Berta & Andrea (mother and daughter) are fantastic hosts. The house is really magnificent in a perfect quit spot to unwind from a busy live with all luxury at hand. Be aware that it takes a 5 minute drive up the mountain to get to the house. But once there you will have all the space and peace one could get. Thanks for this unforgettable holliday Berta & Andrea!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a peaceful place for a stay in the mountains. Design meets relaxation even with a sauna. Hidden in over 1100m hight with a stunning view to the Kitzsteinhorn. Worth a visit and a big thank you to Berta & Andrea being a welcoming host!
