Nice reception. Room clean. Breakfast delicious and good selection. Short ways to the city center. Ski bus stop 20 meters. Definitely recommended.
T	Theredsun one on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine schöne Pension für Leute mit kleinem Geldbeutel, die Zimmer sind sauber,das Frühstück hervorragend mit Produkten von der Au-Hochalm täglich frisch und liebevoll zubereitet.Gut ist auch die Nähe zum Ortszentrum von Söll die man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann um gepflegt Essen zu gehen. A nice guesthouse for people on a budget, the rooms are clean, the breakfast was excellent with products from the au-Hochalm daily fresh and lovingly prepared. Good is also the proximity to the center of Söll you can reach in a few minutes walk to maintained To eat.
F	Frank Potter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Au Pension war der Abschluss nachdem wir die Kaiserkrone gewandert waren. Eine wirklich tolle Pension. Sie wurde 2017 grundlegend saniert und verfügt seitdem über schöne moderne Bäder und tolle und stilvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer. Die Lage zum Ortskern ist gut. Zu Fuß erreicht man das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten. Das Frühstück möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Dieses besteht fast komplett aus hausgemachten Produkten mit tollem Käse,Speck,Schmalz ,Marmeladen,Joghurt und und und.. die Produkte werden in der zur Pension gehörenden Bergütte gefertigt. Das nächste mal wieder Kaiser wird das nächste mal Au Pension! The Au Pension was the conclusion after we had hiked the Kaiserkrone. A really great pension. It was completely renovated in 2017 and since then has beautiful modern bathrooms and great and stylishly furnished bedrooms. The location to the town center is good. You can walk to the center in a few minutes. I would like to highlight the breakfast in particular. This consists almost entirely of homemade products with great cheese, bacon, lard, jams, yoghurt and and and ... the products are made in the mountain hut belonging to the guest house. The next time Kaiser will be the next time Au Pension!
J	Joke te Wierike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is een pension met een goede ligging. Vanaf een uur of 6 tot plm. 15 uur is er iemand aanwezig voor het ontbijt en de schoonmaak van kamers. Daarna is er niemand meer aanwezig wat ingeval van problemenonwenselijk is. Op telefoon en e-mail wordt niet gereageerd. Bij aankomst na 15 uur ligt er een sleutel klaar in de hal en dat is het. It is a guest house with a good location. From an hour or 6 to approx. Someone will be there for breakfast and room cleaning at 3 PM. After that, no one is present anymore which is undesirable in the event of problems. There is no response to telephone and e-mail. On arrival after 3 p.m. there is a key ready in the hall and that is it.

Wir wurden ausquartiert und bekamen so ein viel schlechteres Zimmer als angegeben - an Schlaf mit unserem Baby war nicht zu denken! Zudem haben wir für eine Nacht den doppelten Preis bezahlt. Es hieß uns würde nachträglich eine Nacht erstattet werden...trotz mehrmaligen Kontaktversuchen meldet sich die Pension einfach nicht mehr und eine Rückerstattung haben wir nie gesehen. Einfach unglaublich!! NIE wieder!! Just outrageous! Rebooking did not work despite repeated confirmation from the pension. We were moved out and got a much worse room than stated - sleep with our baby was out of the question! We also paid double the price for one night. It said we would be reimbursed one night later ... despite repeated attempts to contact the pension simply not more and a refund we have never seen. Just unbelievable!! Never again!!
N	Nicola Honer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Ski-Wochenende in der Au Pension! Die Buchung lief reibungslos, der Empfang war herzlich! Tolles und sauberes Zimmer (Haben sogar spontan ein größeres Zimmer als gebucht erhalten). Unser Bad war eine etwas "älterere Generation", aber dennoch in einem guten Zustand und sauber. Auch das Frühstück war top - reichhaltig und lecker! Der Skibus ist wirklich keine 2 Minuten entfernt. Gerne wieder! Great ski weekend at Au Pension! The booking went smoothly, the welcome was warm! Great and clean room (spontaneously even got a bigger room than booked). Our bathroom was a "older generation", but still in good condition and clean. Breakfast was also great - plentiful and delicious! The ski bus is really less than 2 minutes away. Gladly again!

They said due to a "system error", Systems don't make errors, humans do. Typically humans that want to make more money, hope the couple taking my room hates their stay.
