Manchmal ist "vermietet" angegeben, manchmal erfährt man es erst, wenn man anruft. Und manche Immobilien werden dann trotzdem wieder aktualisiert (obwohl sie laut telefonischer Auskunft nicht mehr frei sind). Wir wollten eine Wohnung besichtigen, haben mehrfach angerufen und gemailt, haben aber nie einen Termin bekommen. Auch auf eine letzte Beschwerdemail wurde nicht reagiert. Die Wohnung scheint noch immer auf willhaben auf. Der Eigentümer wird glauben, es besteht kein Interesse von potenziellen Mietern, aber es besteht kein Interesse vom Makler. At will, there are always properties from ATV that are no longer available. Sometimes it says "rented", sometimes you only find out when you call. And some properties are then updated again anyway (although, according to the telephone information, they are no longer free). We wanted to visit an apartment, called and emailed several times, but never got an appointment. There was also no response to one of the last complaints. The apartment still appears to be open. The owner will believe there is no interest from potential tenants but there is no interest from the agent.

Die absolute Frechheit ist aber zum Teil Gebühren von Mietern von 500Eur und mehr für die Erstellung eines Mietvertrages zu verlangen. Entweder ist man rechtlich bei ATV Immobilien nicht bewandert oder, was ich viel eher glaube, einfach unseriös, denn die Umlage dieser Art von Gebühren auf den Mieter haben seit 2017 keine rechtliche Grundlage mehr. Many advertisements are no longer available but still online for weeks. The absolute cheek is partly to demand fees from tenants of 500Eur and more for the creation of a lease. Either you are not legally familiar with ATV Immobilien or, which I believe much more likely, simply dubious, because the allocation of this type of fee to the tenant has no longer had a legal basis since 2017.

Kein Alternativtermin, und telefonisch auch nicht mehr erreichbar. Sehr merkwürdig auch die kryptische Immobilienbeschreibung. Fehler passieren, aber dem Erklärungswunsch kam dieses Unternehmen nicht nach... für mich ist dieses Vorgehensweise fragwürdig. Customer service expandable. After emails and multiple calls, a voice message to cancel an appointment. No alternative appointment and also no longer available by phone. The cryptic property description is also very strange. Mistakes happen, but this company did not respond to the request for an explanation ... for me this approach is questionable.
