 Where to go from Obertraun or Hallstatt to Vienna. The ride time is long and the platform is clearly visible, so it is easy to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. The train didn’t come. The loud speaker didnt say anything. The information board also didnt show anything. Even the information service also didnt want to help. I have never experienced this kind of train service before. We arrived 10 min before by another train, and waited at the right platform but no train came. After we asked and required them to check, they did but provided no other explanation than the train departed at different platform. Come on. If you cant keep the service good enough just close the station. It’s such a shame.
