Die Verkäuferin intressierts garnicht, es kam nur einmal "habe es weitergeleitet“ 2 Monate wenn sogar nicht mehr sind schon vorbei aber hauptsache es ist bezahlt und du bekommst schlechte Ware geliefert,. Die Qualität ist katastrophal! Die Verkäuferin ist nur interessiert am verkaufen und mehr nicht, wenn du ein Anliegen hast kannst du es vergessen. Ich hatte ja eigentlich noch einen Teppich gekauft, wo ich sie am Tag der Lieferung erinnert hatte. Was geschah? Er wurde vergessen. Dann wurde mir gesagt drei Tage dann bekomme ich ihn. Als ich nach einer Woche die Verkäuferin anschrieb meinte diese " wenn du willst schicke ich ihn dir" also umsonst gewartet hätte auch sicher wollen dass ich den Versand bezahle obwohl sie ihn vergessen hat. Sogar bei der Lieferung gab es komplikationen, am Ende kamen die Herren un ca 20 Uhr /20:30 Uhr an auf einem Sonntag ? wobei ich mit der Verkäuferin schon un 10Uhr VM geschrieben habe. Nie wieder, nicht empfehlenswert. Es kam nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Das einzige positive ist der Hersteller selbst zu dem sie uns weitergeleitet hat, den interessieren seine Kunden im gegenteil zu dieser Dame! I bought a sofa set, a table and side tables.
