★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich meine Bestellung nie bekommen habe, hatte ich versucht die Firma zu kontaktieren, anfänglich hieß es sich darum zu kümmern, habe aber danach nie wieder etwas gehört. Es wurde danach weder auf Anrufe noch auf Emails reagiert. SCHADE!! Es kann ja mal sein, dass es Probleme bei der Lieferung gibt, aber es gibt auch immer Lösungsmöglichkeiten, aber sich dann nicht mehr zu melden, finde ich unprofessionell und nicht seriös.
 After I never got my order, I tried to contact the company, initially they had to take care of it, but never heard from again afterwards. After that, there was no response to calls or emails. A PITY!! It can happen that there are problems with the delivery, but there are always possible solutions, but then not to contact me is unprofessional and not serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe im August Schlupfwespen zur Bekämpfung von Lebensmittelmotten bestellt. Die Briefe sollten zwei Mal im Abstand von drei Wochen geliefert werden. Ich wurde nicht über die Lieferzeit und den Versand informiert und eine telefonische Nachfrage war nicht möglich. Erst nach zwei Wochen kam die dringend erwartet Lieferung. Nun ist es Ende Oktober und die zweite Lieferung ist nie erfolgt. Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme wieder nicht möglich. Frustrierend, zeitaufwändig und unprofessionell.
I ordered ichneumon wasps to control food moths in August. The letters should be delivered twice with an interval of three weeks. I was not informed about the delivery time and the shipping and a telephone inquiry was not possible. The urgently expected delivery came after two weeks. It is now the end of October and the second delivery never took place. Telephone contact is again not possible. Frustrating, time consuming and unprofessional.
