Nur 1x die Woche etwas Herausforderung für den Körper ist suboptimal, obwohl ich schon mit der ersten Stunde vergrößertes Wohlbefinden spüre. Der CAG und die anspornende, quasi familiäre Atmosphäre, sind schon über Jahre das Richtige für mich. The CAG Club Aktiv Gesund has several locations and sports facilities and well-trained motivational trainers. Only once a week is there a bit of a challenge for the body, although I feel increased well-being with the first hour. The CAG and the inspiring, quasi-family atmosphere have been the right thing for me for years.
