★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte eine Frage per Mail zu einem Regler. Daraufhin wurde ohne Bestellung der Regler geliefert und ein halbes Jahr später eine für mich sehr teure Rechnung gestellt. Das nennt man zielorientiert. Zu diesem Preis hätte ich den Regler eigentlich nicht kaufen wollen.
 I had a question via email about a controller. The controller was then delivered without an order and six months later an invoice that was very expensive for me was issued. This is called goal-oriented. At this price, I would not have actually wanted to buy the controller.
