f	franz krenn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Kanzlei ist nicht zu empfehlen! Auch wenn alle Unterlagen bzw. Urkunden einer Liegenschaft vorhanden sind, wird der Kaufpreis nicht weitergeleitet. Der Kaufpreis wird erst dann weitergeleitet, wenn die Käufer im Grundbuch eingetragen sind. Da wird auch ein "RANGORDNUNGSBESCHLUSS" ignoriert. Im schlimmsten Falle kann das bis zu einem halben Jahr dauern. Für einen Verkäufer ist es unzumutbar so lange auf sein Geld zu warten. In meiner 12 jährigen Tätigkeit als Immobilienmakler, ist das meine 1. NEGATIVE Bewertung für eine Kanzlei. Leider ist das zum Teil auch meine Schuld. Ich hätte mit dem Verkäufer die Vertragsunterzeichnung verlassen sollen. This law firm is not recommended! Die Anwälte gehen mit dem Personal extrem unfreundlich um und es ist sehr unangenehm für die Klienten die alles mitbekommen. Wie können solche abgehobenen Persönlichkeiten auch nur irgendeinen Erfolg haben? Ich war und bin geschockt wie man mit seinen Angestellten umspringen kann... Absolute cheek!
