★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte eine Reklamation, diese wurde vom Hersteller abgelehnt. Die Fa. AS Baustoffe hat das auf ihre Kappe genommen und mir die Ware ausgetauscht und die defekte sogar mitgegeben. Noch dazu ist das Personal kompetent und freundlich. Ich kann diese Fa. nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es scheint auch so zu sein als ob ich kein Einzelfall war. WEITER SO!!!! DANKE.
I had a complaint, which was rejected by the manufacturer. The AS Baustoffe company took this on its cap and exchanged the goods for me and even gave the defective ones. In addition, the staff is competent and friendly. I highly recommend this company. It also seems like I wasn't an isolated case. KEEP IT UP!!!! THANK YOU.
