W	Wilhelm Klenner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warum wir in Zukunft unser Spielzeug bei Amazon kaufen werden: vor eineinhalb Jahren habe ich hier ein ca 90 € teures Spielzeug gekauft, welches jetzt kaputt ist. Leider finde ich die Rechnung nicht mehr, bin aber trotzdem zum Geschäft gefahren um um Kulanz zu bitten. Diese wurde sofort abrupt abgelehnt, nicht nur die Rechnung sei notwendig sondern auch die Originalverpackung. Bei Amazon finde ich auch noch nach eineinhalb Jahren die Rechnung, und Originalverpackung war hier noch nie notwendig, wenn ein Gerät defekt ist. 2 Sterne eigentlich nur deshalb, weil das Geschäft natürlich nicht verpflichtet ist die Garantie hier zu übernehmen. Aber kundenfreundlich wäre es schon gewesen. Hier(hin) werden wir jedenfalls nicht mehr kommen :-) Why we will buy our toys on Amazon in the future: one and a half years ago I bought here a toy that cost about 90 €, which is now broken. Unfortunately, I can not find the bill, but I still drove to the shop to ask for goodwill. This was immediately abruptly rejected, not only the bill was necessary but also the original packaging. At Amazon, I find even after one and a half years the bill, and original packaging was never necessary here, if a device is defective. 2 stars actually only because the business is of course not obliged to take over the guarantee here. But it would have been customer friendly. In any case, we will not come here again :-)

UMTAUSCH auf anderes hat selbes Problem! 1x used! Device is leaking! ART-X knows about it - does not give back any credit or money !!!! EXCHANGE to another has same problem!
