h	hey Tomi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist die Zusammenarbeit mit diesem Unternehmen nicht möglich. Mann bekommt keine Auskunft, keine Antwort per E Mail, einfach nichts. Und das schlimmste daran ist noch das man die Ware auch nicht bekommt. Ich habe im Jänner etwas zurück gesendet und bis heute noch keine Antwort oder Geld bekommen. Nicht mal der eine Stern ist es wert Unfortunately, cooperation with this company is not possible. Man gets no information, no answer by e-mail, just nothing. And the worst part is that you do not get the goods. I sent something back in January and have not received any answer or money until today. Not even one star is worth it

Die Öle und die Ölmischungen sind einfach nur "der Hammer", sie stehen den hochpreisigen Anbietern in nichts nach... und wenn man weiß das die Lieferung länger dauert, stört das überhaupt nicht. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal I am just thrilled ... our phone call was very informative and friendly ... The oils and the oil mixtures are just "awesome", they are in no way inferior to the high-priced suppliers ... and if you know that the delivery is longer it doesn't bother at all. S	Silvia Gabriel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hier passiert absolut nichts! außer einer bestellbestätigung bekommt man nichts...mails werden ignoriert, anruf nur freitags möglich - da geht das Telefon dann nicht! wenn kein Interesse besteht Neukunden zu bedienen, dann sollte man das hinschreiben! denn es ist arbeit eine Bestellung zusammen zustellen..und man wartet umsonst! der 1 Stern ist auch zu unrecht, aber man muss ja zumindest einen anklicken...0 STERNE! Nothing happens here! except an order confirmation you get nothing ... mails are ignored, call only on Fridays possible - there is not the phone! if there is no interest in serving new customers, then you should write it down! because it's work to put together an order..and you wait in vain! the 1 star is also wrong, but you have to click at least one ... 0 STARS!

Ebenso lieben wir die Schafsmilch Seife flussig rose und lavendel. Es sind hochwertige Produkte zu fairen Preisen! Leider kann man nicht mehr vor Ort einkaufen aber auch der Versand ist unkompliziert. Online bestellen und nach ca 2 Wochen hab ich die Ware! Natürlich kann es auch mal länger dauern, aber man darf dies nicht mit Amazon oder so vergleichen! Kann ich nur empfehlen! For years I have been buying raw materials from Veronika for cream, shower gel, hair shampoo etc. We also love the sheep's milk soap liquid rose and lavender. They are high quality products at fair prices! Unfortunately, you can no longer shop on site, but shipping is also straightforward. Order online and after about 2 weeks I have the goods! Of course, it can sometimes take longer, but you can't compare it to Amazon or anything! I can only recommend!

Bin sehr zufrieden und ich werde sicher wieder öfters bei Art of beauty bestellen. Delivery top. It took 9 days but everything was great. Almost everything is now only packed in glasses and the packaging material is also plastic-free. I am very satisfied and I will definitely order more often from Art of beauty.

Durchschnittlich warte ich 3 Wochen von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung (wie auch zum Teil bei einer Amazonbestellung)die Ware ist erstklassig verpackt (bei mir ist immer viel Glas in der Bestellung dabei). Es gibt eine Bestätigungse-mail der Bestellung und eine Versandbestätigung von der Post. Soweit ich weiß ist dieses Geschäft eine 1-Personen-Geschäft, wenn also sehr viele Bestellungen eingehen wartet man manchmal länger. Meist wird dies auch auf der Homepage angekündigt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, weiß das ich im Voraus bestellen musst da die Ware nicht in den nächsten drei Tagen bei mir eintreffen wird. Die Ware ist immer erstklassige Qualität, ich habe noch kein vergleichbares Geschäft bezüglich Preis und Leistung gefunden. Lustigerweise habe ich aber schon sehr oft die Erfahrung gemacht, dass in der heutigen Zeit nur mehr wenige Geduld aufbringen über eine Stunde auf Antwort zu warten. Man stelle sich vor: in den 90er Jahren musste man 1,5 Wochen auf einen Antwortbrief warten ? There is a confirmation e-mail of the order and a shipping confirmation from the post office. As far as I know, this shop is a one-person shop, so if you place a lot of orders you sometimes have to wait longer. This is usually announced on the homepage. I am very satisfied, I know that I have to order in advance because the goods will not arrive in the next three days. The goods are always first class quality, I have not yet found a comparable store in terms of price and performance. Funnily enough, I have often had the experience that in today's world there is little patience to wait for an hour to answer. Imagine: in the 90s you had to wait 1.5 weeks for a reply letter ?

Die Firma ist weder telefonisch noch per Mail erreichbar. Leider ein No-Go, werde meine Bestellung stornieren. So far I can't say anything about the goods because I haven't received them after a week. Not even a confirmation email came. The company cannot be reached by phone or email. Unfortunately a no-go, I will cancel my order.

De Ware war praktisch immer gut, die Lieferungen halbwegs rasch, aber die Freundlichkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig und meine äußerst seltenen Beschwerden, höchstens 2x in all den Jahren, wurden zurückgewiesen. Auf meine letzte Bestellung bekam ich - nicht vielleicht gleich nach meiner Bestellung, sondern erst nach längerer Zeit - ein Antwortmail mit der Information, dass ich nicht mehr auf Rechnung bestellen könne, da meine vorletzte Bestellung zu lange zurückliegt (über 1 Jahr), was nach fast 20-jährigem Stammkundin-Sein als Frechheit empfand. Es gibt zum Glück andere Anbieter, die auch sehr gute Produkte verkaufen und für die Kundenfreundlichkeit bzw. zumindest die korrekte Behandlung von Kunden keine Fremdwörter sind. I stopped ordering there after almost 20 years of regular customers. The goods were practically always good, the deliveries reasonably quick, but the friendliness left a lot to be desired and my extremely rare complaints, at most twice in all these years, were rejected. For my last order I received - not perhaps immediately after my order, but after a long time - a reply email with the information that I could no longer order on account because my second to last order was too long ago (over 1 year), what after Almost 20 years of being a regular customer felt cheeky. Fortunately, there are other providers who also sell very good products and are no strangers to customer-friendliness or at least the correct treatment of customers.
