B	Baris Kurtulan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit dem das Hotel neu eröffnet hat waren wir bestimmt schon 3 bis 4 mal hier. Einfach nur super erholsam und toll eingerichtet. Immer einen Besuch wert. Since the hotel reopened we were already 3 to 4 times here. Just great relaxing and great furnishings. Always worth a visit.
W	WB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war 4 Wochen zur Reha im Armona. Das gesamte Team ist einfach nur spitze. Ganz besonders will ich mich aber beim Team von der Physio bedanken. Der ganze Aufenthalt fühlt sich nicht wie Reha an, ist aber trotzdem total effektiv. Sollte ich nochmal eine ortopätische Reha brauchen, gibt es für mich nur dieses Haus. DANKE I was in the Armona for rehab for 4 weeks. The whole team is just great. I especially want to thank the Physio team. The whole stay doesn't feel like rehab, but it's still totally effective. If I need another orthopedic rehab, there is only this house for me. THANK YOU

Alles sehr kompetent und liebevoll. Die Einrichtung, die Gegend... Alles top!!! Mit einem kranken Knie bin ich humpelnd angekommen, und nach den gezielten Anwendungen und Therapien gesund wieder heim gefahren. Vielen lieben Dank!!! Thank you for the good time! Thanks to the top therapists, doctors, all staff. The kitchen is outstanding and the service does not get any better. Everything very competent and loving. The decor, the area ... Everything was great !!! With a sore knee, I arrived limping, and drove home healthy after the targeted applications and therapies. Thank you so much!!!

Tolles Essen und wahnsinnig nettes Personal. Kompetenz pur und ganz viel liebe zu jedem Detail. Klein aber mega fein! ... just a dream. Pure relaxation, beautiful stylish and modern rooms, where you can only heal very quickly. Great food and awesome nice staff. Pure competence and a lot of love for every detail. Small but mega fine!

K	K J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte gestern das Hotel Armona Medical Alpinresort am Thiersee über booking.com buchen. Habe eingegeben dass ich 2 Nächte über Silvester buchen möchte. Mir wurde bestätigt, dass die Buchung erfolgreich war und ich bin anschließend auf die Bezahlungsseite weitergeleitet worden. Da ich keine Kreditkarte habe, rief ich beim Hotel selbst an und vereinbarte mit einer Dame vom Hotel, dass ich die Zahlung per Vorkasse abwickeln könnte und ich eine Email mit der Buchungsbestätigung und den Bankdaten zum überweisen erhalten würde. Jetzt - 24h später und auch nur auf mein erneutes Nachfragen - erhielt ich eine Email vom Hotel, in der mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt nur 3 Nächte buchbar wären. Wovon kein Ton auf der Internet Seite stand. Laut Hotel Managerin hätte das über Booking.com so überhaupt nicht buchbar sein können und die Kollegin hätte es auch so nicht mit mir vereinbaren dürfen "die ist relativ neu bei uns". Von Seiten des Hotels wurde mir mitgeteilt dass ich gerne 3 Nächte buchen könnte, sich dann aber natürlich der Preis fast verdoppelt. Mehr nicht. Ein Entgegenkommen Seiten des Hotels: Fehlanzeige. Obwohl schon eine mündliche Zusage ausgesprochen wurde. Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht über so wenig Kulanz, vor allem weil der Fehler eindeutig vom Hotel ausging. Yesterday I wanted to book the Hotel Armona Medical Alpinresort am Thiersee through booking.com. I entered that I would like to book 2 nights over New Year's Eve. I was confirmed that the booking was successful and I was then redirected to the payment page. Since I don't have a credit card, I called the hotel myself and agreed with a lady from the hotel that I could process the payment in advance and that I would receive an email with the booking confirmation and the bank details to transfer. Now - 24 hours later and only when I asked again - I received an email from the hotel, in which I was informed that only 3 nights could be booked at this time. Of which there was no sound on the website. According to the hotel manager, it couldn't have been booked at all via Booking.com and the colleague shouldn't have agreed to it with me, "she's relatively new to us". The hotel told me that I could book 3 nights, but then of course the price almost doubled. Not more. A concession side of the hotel: Nothing. Although an oral promise has already been made. I am immensely disappointed with so little goodwill, especially because the mistake was clearly made by the hotel.
