★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren heute dort Mittagessen. Essen war sehr gut und frisch, besonders empfehlenswert der Apfelstrudel! Personal sehr freundlich. Und vor allem beste Lage direkt am Fichtelland!
 Had lunch there today. Food was very good and fresh, especially the apple strudel! staff very friendly. And above all the best location right on Fichtelland!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die können leider noch nicht mal einen Kaiserschmarn. Er war kalt und ist mit Sicherheit nicht selbstgemacht. Diverse andere Gäste haben heuer auch ihr Essen zurückgegeben.Die können froh sein das sie die einzigsten unten im Tal sind.
Unfortunately, they can't even have a Kaiserschmarn. It was cold and certainly not homemade. Various other guests have also returned their food this year, and they can be happy that they are the only ones down in the valley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zo jammer dit! Al jaren eten we, tijdens onze wintersport, altijd heerlijk bij de Arlhofhutte. Aardige bediening, lekker eten! Nu is een er nieuwe eigenaar en wat een verschil! Onvriendelijke en gejaagde bediening, lang gewacht op het eten, dat ook nog zeer matig was.
Such a shame! For years, during our winter sports, we always eat delicious at the Arlhofhutte. Nice service, tasty food! Now there is a new owner and what a difference! Unfriendly and hurried service, waited a long time for the food, which was also very mediocre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ today the waiter give me a bill with 4 beers more than I ordered ! and he rejected to correct it - these beers were from another guest and waiter made a mistake as he put both orders to one bill and insist on paying it by me - this is unacceptable to ask guest for paying the waiter mistake
