The campsite is rather hard to access even with midsized camper. When driving out the exit road was blocked by another car and I had to stop on the very steep road on the turn, when I tried to go again it was too slippery since it was winter and camper moved back and bumped to a stone wall. The supervisor said I should pay 100 eur for the damage and then he can get me out with his vehicle. Otherwise I should call police and get some one from outside to pull me out. I asked what about slippery road and damage on my camper. He said it is not his problem and I have to choose if I pay him or call police. Since I was not local and didn’t want to spend my night on a steep road I was forced to pay and leave. If it wouldn’t happen to me I would think it is unreal, but unfortunately I had to experience such a mistreatment. UPDATE after owners reply: Please be honest when you reply. First of all the road had snow and ice on it and I got stock because I had to stop due to another car blocking the road as you can see in the picture. The second adult who you identify as second adult in our camper was actually another guest of yours staying in camping who was only one trying to be nice and help in this situation. As to steep roads, it is not only my opinion, other comments are referring to the same issue. And I was not rude at all, the only person who was rude was the site manager. I have no complaints about experience in the reception, it was hectic but it’s understandable. Its just simply not okay to treat people like I was treated and ask for 100 euros that was taken without any papers.

Loved this place. Warm welcome, great facilities, good views and good value. Would stay here again 100% better than Camping Arlberg down the road.

We stayed here for two weeks in August with a tent on a reserved spot. All together we were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay in this fantastic region. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Everything looks modern and well maintained. The showers were a bit small but there are two private showers that make up for that. They are wellness like, I haven't seen it on a camping before.They work with shower coins. There even is a small restaurant we're you can order pizza(and other things) and when you wish, they bring it to you. The price is average for this time of the season and very reasonable for what you get. In addition you get a sommercard for the period of your staying that gives you free access to the bus and many other benefits such as a free day access to the bergbahnen. Also free access to the pool in Pettneu is included. Is it then all perfect? , of cours there are always things to improve but we would love to come back here.

Wonderful campsite with helpful and friendly staff! The facilities were new, modern and worked well. Showers work with a token which you get from the reception. The staff was very helpful and gave us lots of information about different activities. Campsite is peaceful and you get to pick your own place. The village and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for hiking and lots of good roads for motorcyclist. Would definitely come again!

Very nice Camping place. We stayed there with our tent. Extremely clean and generally great facilites. Prices are according to the quality but not unfairly high. Very quite during night, the artificial stream helped me fall asleep.

Very convenient location. Super clean facilities and friendly staff. Coin operated laundry 5 euros wash, 5 euros dry. The dryer works perfectly in one cycle. The drying room is spacious and orderly. Thank you for a great stay!

Pretty much perfect campsite. Great facilities and services if you want to camp & ski

We arrived at this stunning place at short notice of 10 minutes and were received exceptionally well! With a big smile and open hands! Simply wonderful sanitary facilities and a cleanliness level of 10 out of 10! Spacious showers, large and clean toilet cubicles. You have an area for washing dishes, dressers and grooming, cold drink machines and sweets for children. Of course connection to water and electricity if you come with a trailer, when the electricity plus 3 €. Hot shower € 1 for 5 minutes - it's definitely enough, even for our little ones! Dogs are welcome and at no extra charge! So our Kai is having a great time too! So we went out for one night 44 € including 4 showers. You have a "kitchenette" with seating to eat. Accessories: small refrigerator, electric stove, microwave. A very small supermarket but it has everything - 400 meters from the site. Check out at 12:00 and if you want to stay until 17:00 with an additional payment of 10 €. For us it was cool. A stream flows right over the place, cold water and great fun for the kids! Lovely bike paths and especially beautiful nearby towns! recommended! We will definitely be back again! Thanks for staying in the magical nature of Austria, recommended without thinking twice !!!!!
