Leider kam Corona dazwischen und die Hochzeit musste auf heuer verschoben werden. Die Kontaktaufnahme war von Anfang an professionell, sehr freundlich und schnell! Auch die Absage meinerseits im letzten Jahr ging formlos über die Bühne. Als ich den neuen Termin anfragte, bekam ich innerhalb kürzester Zeit die Zusage. Am Hochzeitstag hat alles perfekt gepasst! Das Brautpaar war hin und weg ob dem fantastischen Oldtimer in dem schon Lady Di gefahren wurde. Der Blick des Brautpaares sprach Bände! Gefahren wurde das Fahrzeug vom Chef persönlich. Auch er war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, wie alle seine Mitarbeiter/innen, mit denen ich Kontakt hatte! Wenn jemand ein etwas ausgefalleneres Auto für besondere Anlässe sucht, ist er bei Arlberg Express bestens aufgehoben!! Hier bekommt ihr das rundumsorglos Paket! Leider können hier nur 5 Sterne vergeben werden. Verdient hätten sie mehr! Herzlichen Dank nochmals für die Mitgestaltung eines perfekten Hochzeitstages! I had booked an exclusive vehicle for a wedding with Arlberg Express for last year. Unfortunately, Corona intervened and the wedding had to be postponed until this year. The contact was professional, very friendly and quick from the start! The cancellation on my part last year was also informal. When I asked for the new appointment, I got the approval within a very short time. Everything went perfectly on the wedding day! The bridal couple was blown away by the fantastic oldtimer in which Lady Di was already driven. The look of the bride and groom spoke volumes! The vehicle was driven personally by the boss. He was also extremely friendly and courteous, like all of his employees with whom I was in contact! If someone is looking for a slightly more unusual car for special occasions, Arlberg Express is the best place for them! Here you get the all-round carefree package! Unfortunately, only 5 stars can be given here. They deserved more! Thank you again for helping to create a perfect wedding day!
L	Lennard Köhne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hinfahrt war super, jedoch der Rückweg schrecklich. Wir wurden in Zürs in mit einem Reisebus abgeholt, der voll war. Es hieß leider keine Sitzplätze sie müssen stehen “nur den Berg herunter” eine schreckliche Fahrt von Zürs nach Langen. Man muss anmerken das in so einem Reisebus unter keinen Umständen Menschen stehen dürfen und das eine Anschnallpflicht besteht! Der Busfahrer raste den Berg herunter. Total unseriös von dem Unternehmen das Leben von Gästen so in Gefahr zu bringen! Man hätte das ja vorher planen können der Bus war ja Wochen vorher gebucht! The way there was great, but the way back was terrible. We were picked up in Zürs in a tour bus that was full. Sadly it said no seats you have to stand “just down the hill” a horrible drive from Zürs to Langen. You have to note that in such a coach under no circumstances are people allowed to stand and that seat belts are compulsory! The bus driver raced down the mountain. Totally dubious of the company to endanger the lives of guests in such a way! You could have planned that in advance, the bus was booked weeks in advance!

The bus itself is quite beautiful, luxurious and comfortable. The trip is picturesque and we had snow a fair bit of the way. The driver dropped us off at the hotel and we were most pleased with the whole service.

T	Tom Nakatani (t2co) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexpensive and easy transport from Zurich to St. Anton, you can schedule your trip ahead of time and get picked up at the bus terminal at the Zurich airport. Note you'll need to pay attention to your e-mails as the bus area is pretty self-service but once you locate it (it's in the same building as the shopping/train station on the top floor), the bus area isn't that large and the busses are clearly marked. They'll also be there well before departure time so you shouldn't feel too rushed or stressed. Worst case if your flight is delayed or you miss your original bus, they'll quickly reschedule you for the next departure (note this may be a few hours later). The trip itself takes a few hours (equivalent to the train) and depending on the situation you may have to change to a different bus. My recent trip up was straight to St. Anton but returning to the airport I had to change. Overall this is a very easy way to get to the resorts and I regularly use it on my trips. The busses themselves have restrooms if you need them and the seats are comfortable. Some of the bus configurations have tables for groups in the back. You can see a lot great scenery from the windows or just get some rest on the drive.
